It was late that evening in Mega City. While all of the robot masters called it a day, Block man and his group of working robots slaved away to finished off the last room inside the giant pyramid. They were all exhausted from overheating their systems to death just to managed the tons of heavy bricks and stones. The metalls piled high onto each other unable to move while crunch dons blew out steam from their circuits. A Mawaru C was so delirious from overworking it kept bumping into different walls. Even Totemar, Blockman's top guard, couldn't even keeps it's sharp rings together as it slowly twirled in circles.
All were tired, expect Blockman, well mentally that is. Even Blockman has reached his physical limit that day, spawning turquoise blocks less deliberately than usual. But the desire to finish building was much stronger than rest. Blockman's dreams of accomplishing the architectural legends that were the Egyptian pyramids and temples were far much stronger than some simple fatigue. In order to reach that goal, Blockman must strive everyday to do the best that he can in his construction projects.
Blockman stopped for a bit to build up some energy to summon the next round of blocks until he noticed his team all slowly become less diligent. Blockman then tiredly, but angrily, shouted, "Hey! What are you tinheads slacking off for? Get back to work or we'll never be able to finish this pyramid off!"
One of the Mawaru Cs then spoke up, saying "C'mon boss, it's already pass our off time. Can't you just cut us some slack and let us go for the rest of the evening? Everyone but us left the construction site already! Can we just call it a day and resume building tomorrow?"
Blockman stomped his foot on the ground and steamed rushed from his body. "What type of question is that?! Of course not! Not until we finish this hallway that was suppose to be done 7 DAYS AGO! Now get off your butt and work, you blockheads!"
All of the robots collective groaned as they picked themselves up and began to work again. But suddenly a large, robust robot stepped into the scene. He picked up one of the tired metalls from the ground with his yellow and orange pointy pile drivers. "Maybe you should cut them some slack, Blocky. Touching them feels like I'm in an oven".
Blockman then suddenly swivel around to see Impactman holding his tiny metall. "Impactman? I thought you had a major construction site you had to worked on?"
Impactman let out an boisterous chuckle "I finished early! I had some help from Blastman and Acidman with the demolishing and the sewage systems. Ah, but I can see that you barley scrapped at the insides of your pyramid".
Blockman let out a pouty huff. "Hey! It's not my fault that these slackers can't do their jobs right! Because of the slow workflow, we're 7 days behind our deadline! At this rate, I'll never be able to build anymore pyramids! I guess I can kiss my dreams of being a famous construction bot goodbye".
Impactman looked at Blockman with a longly concerned stare. He then putted down the metall and walked up towards Block. He put his heavy pile driver onto Blockman's shoulder and exclaim "Maybe we should get out of here and go downtown to the ol' oil bar. Being cooped up in here is making your circuits fry. My treat."
Blockman folded his arms and said "Sorry, but there's no way I can come. I gotta work hard in order to finish this hallway. Ask Fuseman or whatever to come with you".
Impactman sighed and looked over Blockman for a few seconds until bending over and picking up the small, turquoise, gremlin robot. Blockman, suddenly became flustered by these turn of events. His face turned bright red as he flailed his arms around while trying to free himself from Impact's, somehow, strong grasps. "H-Hey! Let go of me! I still have a lot of work to do! You don't understand!"
Impactman nonchalantly said "Not until you decided to take a break! We're going to the oil bar for a quick drink if you like it or not!"
Blockman shouted out retorts while struggling to let lose. Kicking his tiny arms and legs but unable to break free. Impact sighed at Blockman's poor attempt at escape. He then turned around to face Block's workbots. "Oh! And I guess you guys deserve a break as well. You worked real hard to make this place on point. Me and Blocky will be going now, see ya!"
And just like that, Impactman and Blockman warped out of the construction site and into the night.
