Chapter One - Messages

"Hey, sleep well tonight Midoriya, we had a long day today."
The red and white haired male said, flashing me a smile before waving and leaving.
"You too Todoroki! Sleep well!"
I waved him off before walking into my dorm, stretching out and taking off my jacket.
Something had felt off since the villain attack but I couldn't really put my finger on it. Before I did anything else, I grabbed my phone from the charger and headed towards my small bathroom.
Once I opened my phone, I saw a missed call from my mom.

"Oh hey mom! Sorry for not answering earlier, We had yet another training trip and on our way back we encountered a few villains."
I answered her call, looking at myself in the mirror.

"Yea, I called about that... Are you okay honey? I saw it on the news, you got hit pretty hard and you were injured."
She sounded panicked.

"Yea mom, I'm fine, Shoto helped me patch up the wound on my leg."
My mom sighed, almost like a weight lifted off of her.
I put my phone on speaker and sat it down on the counter, opening a drawer afterwards.
I grabbed a comb and some bandages.

"That's good, please thank him for me!"
There was a pause of silence as I reached for some rubbing alcohol and cotton balls.
"I can't believe my son is a senior."

"And I can't believe I have the best mom in the entire world."
I smiled widely to myself before looking back at the mirror and observing the small cuts I had to my left cheek.

"You're too sweet Izuku. I love you son! Stay safe, okay? I'll see you soon, Okay?"

"Yea mom! Of course, I'll probably stop by next week! I love you too! Bye."
She hung up.

I cleaned up the small wounds before tossing the used cotton balls away, right in time to hear a knock.
"Come in!"
I walked out of the bathroom, rolling my tense shoulders to try to release the ache.
I took notice of the red haired male on my bed.

"Oh hey Kirishima!"

"Hey Deku! I stopped by to ask if you wanted to head out with Denki, Shinsou, Bakubro, and I? We are going to grab some soba and boba from downtown."

"That sounds absolutely awesome right now, let me change and I'll meet you down in the lobby, That sound good?"

"Of course! Better hurry up so Bakugou doesn't explode your door again."
He stood up with a chuckle, then left.

I opened the closet and grabbed a hoodie and black jeans, taking them into the bathroom and swiftly changing, fixing my hair as well in the process. I turned off the bathroom lights, throwing on my socks and shoes before exiting my dorm after making sure the lights were off and the door was locked.
I made my way towards the elevators, entering and straightening out my hoodie, pressing the lobby button afterwards.
Wow.
There were more people than I expected.
Mina, Sero, Kacchan, Kirishima, Denki, Shinsou, and Shoto.
"And there is our last attendee!"
Shouted a girl, who I could only presume was Mina, as she was the only female in the group.

"Let's go!"
Denki yelled excitedly.

"Yea yea, shut up Pikachu."
"We can take my car and Shoto's car!"
Todoroki nodded with one of his rare smiles.

"I'll take Kaminari, Shinsou and Izuku."
"Thanks Todoroki!"
I chimed.

"And I'll take Sero, Bakugou, and Kirishima!"
"Gotcha Mina! Lets order and take it down to the 'Bay'!"

"Oh yea! Meet you all there."
Shinsou wrapped his arm around Denki's shoulders, earning a small laugh from the blond.

We made our way outside, continuing our journey out the gates, down the hill, and to the parking lot behind one of the abandoned stores.
Our groups separated into their groups and filed into the cars.
I sat in the front with Todoroki while Shinsou and Denki sat in the backseat.

"Okay, what does everyone want."
Once we reached the ordering booth, Todoroki recited the order.
"Uh, hello! We would like to order some Hadaka soba, Tempura soba, Currynanban soba, and Kake soba. Thank you."
I tuned out what the employee said and checked my phone, seeing a message.
I opened up my messages, looking at the newest one.

7:00pm
All Might:
Good Job out there today, young Midoriya! Have you found out what that one villain's quirk was yet?

I began to type back.

7:40pm
Me:
No, not yet, I'm thinking maybe a type of invisible power quirk? Because I felt a blow of something, that was how I got knocked down and injured part of my leg. I will do more research when I get back to the dorms. I'm out with Todoroki, Shinsou, Denki, Mina, Sero, Kirishima, and Kacchan.

I turned my phone off and watched as we pulled up to the next window, Todoroki paying, then being served the four boxes of soba. Handing them to me after so I could sort them.

I made my way inside my dorm, sitting my unfinished food down and drink down on my desk before going back to the bathroom.
"Gosh, I'm wiped."
I muttered, pulling open a drawer and grabbing a band-aid, then sliding it on a cut on my hand.
That was a new one from messing around with Denki and Kirishima.

There was a small sound from my bed.
I brushed it off as shifting of the room.
I saw something out of the corner of my eye.
It was as if someone ran by.
I brushed it off once more before I heard something like an angry groan.
I turned the bathroom light off and stepped out, thinking possibly Kacchan walked into my room.
"Kacchan?"
There was a small gasp.
"Wait! Kacchan's here?"

I looked out into my room, getting surprised, and- spooked?

There were four of them.
What the hell?

My phone began to ring from my pocket.
They turned to look at me.

Oh shit.
