Chapter 10 : Which toothbrush is mine?

Tine's POV

          Oh my Glob, andito na si sarawat. Hindi ko alam kung paano ako nakaakyat dito sa kwarto. Binuhat niya ba ako dito kagabi? Glob nakakahiya. I panicked inside of the bathroom. Not knowing what to do. It's so embarrassing to talk with Sarawat in a bedhead and badbreath. Then I remember kung bakit ako nandito sa Cr. I need to brush my teeth. Haaaa! It still smells like chinese, ugh.

           But then I saw my toothbrush with another toothbrush. We have the same toothbrush, same color and same size. Ugh! Which one is mine? Kapag nagkamali ako dito I am sure na ito ang pinakaembarrassment moment at pinakaworst na mangyayari sa buhay ko. I bit my lip. I feel nervous picking the right toothbrush. Ahhh iba yung ramdam ko ngayon para bang may puputulin akong wire sa bomb para pigilan ang pagsabog nito. I mean we can't share because it's like we kiss so no!.

          Then reality hit me. I am just overreacting. But I can't face Sarawat like some 10 people raped me. Kailangan kong maging maayos sa harap ng mga taong nakakausap ko. And that includes sarawat. I picked a toothbrush right away. And brush my teeth. Brush my hair. Wash and wipe my face. There. Good as new.

          Lumabas na ako sa bathroom not knowing nabangga ko na naman si sarawat na nakatopless ulit. Ugh! Don't blush! blush! I saw his bare chest, it's like saying "Lick me". Fudge. Ano bang iniisip ko. I shook the thought out of my head. What is he doing? He's looking at me with his brown eyes.

          "Anong problema? I heard some whining?" he said worriedly.

          "I'm just wondering which toothbrush is mine" I bit my lip looking directly at his eyes, so that I won't be tempt to look at the lower part. Once, I laid my eyes on it. Baka hindi ko mapigilan ang sarili kong maglaway. I didn't notice my eyes are getting bigger as I bit my lip. 

          "May pangalan naman yung akin na nakalagay sa gilid ng hawakan" he said.

          "Oh" i said stupidly then faked smiled. I look silently at the toothbrush I was holding.

          "It says "Sarawat".

          Oooppppsss. O.O

          "So hindi ka pumasok kahapon? Tapos tumakas ka pa sa school hahaha" he said while laughing. Sinabi ko lahat sa kanya pero hindi yung tungkol kay Josh na kumain kami sa Chinese restaurant. I mean, it's like privacy for me. Things that I have to treasure.

          "Ewan ko ba sa sarili kung bakit ko yun ginawa!" I said smiling.

          Then he took a picture of me, making me dumbfounded.

          I squinted my eyes. Geez. Nakakasilaw naman yung flash. "Can you sometimes lower the flash? Nahihilo ako". I scratch my eyes. Phew.

         "Oppps sorry!" he smiled. "Btw tara na sabay na tayo. It's 6:30 am, we're gonna be late" he reminds me the time, oh glob. I'm gonna be so late. Hindi na nga ako pumasok kahapon.

         
~At school~

          "See you later, Sarawat" I said my goodbyes to sarawat. Not thinking of what I'm doing, I hugged him. Woahh. Para saan yun? Ano ang ginawa ko?. Jusko. He smiled at me then hugs me back. Phew. Ang bango niya talaga.

         Awkwardly. Tumalikod na ako sa kanya at sinimulan ko na ang maglakad. Ano ba ang iniisip ko bakit ko siya niyakap? Hayyyss. 
          
         Nagmadali na akong pumunta sa aking room, ngayon alam ko na kung saan. Well, habang tumatakbo alo syempre nagtanong tanong ako.

          "Okay, This is it! First day of scho-, I mean second day of school" I said to myself as I enter the room.

          "Oh hello there! Who are you?" The woman ask me, I bet she is our adviser.

          "Mmmm ako nga po pala ang bagong tranfer na student" I smile at her.

          "Okay introduce yourself" naglakad ako papunta sa gitna.

          "Hi! I'm Tine Teepakorn, I'm 17 years old. Nice meeting you all" Nginitian ko sila ng matamis nang matamis. But then I realized some familiar face. It's Josh at the back.

          "You can sit now" My adviser said. Maglalakad na sana ako kaso. "and by the way, where's your excuse letter?" nagulat ako sa tanong ng adviser namin. Oo nga pala yung excuse letter ko. Oh glob. Nakalimutan ko sa sala. Ahhhhh. Ang malas ko na naman.

          "Oh gosh, I forgot it on my apartment" I hissed to myself as I looked down on my shoe. Biting my lip. I'm so screwed. My first day slash second day and I forgot some importpant. Hayyss.

          "What do you mean you forgot?" Those sharp words of our adviser makes me flinched. "Okay, but please bring it tommorrow, papalampasin ko lang ngayon okay! Hindi naman ako nangangain ng tao kaya pwede ka nang umupo"

          Dahan dahan na akong tumalikod sa kanya. Humanap na akong pwede maupuan, marami ring umaalok ng uupuan ko, pero nakita ko si Josh na kumakaway at tinuturo ang kanyang katabing upuan na wala nang tao.

          Teka! Parang kanila lang may tao doon?

          Lumapit na ako kay Josh. "Dito kana umupo!" aya niya. Hindi ko na rin tinanggihan dahil wala naman akong ibang kilala kundi siya lang.

          Nilagay ko na ang mga gamit ko sa upuan at umupo katabi niya. "Nga pala ipapakilala ko sa iyo mga kaibigan ko" Iisang tinuro ni Josh ang mga kaibigan niya. "eto nga pala si Kyle, Justin and Mil.

          "Hi" kyle said.

          "Nice meeting you!" Justine said.

          Lumingon ako kay Mil Ngunit tinanguhan lang ako. "Pasensya na ganyan talaga yan, pero mabait yan" josh explained. Tumango nalang ako dahil baka mabait din naman siya. Hindi lang makita sa mukha niya.
