Our Summer Vacation

Chapter 1 (Asa's Story)

        The First day of summer was going to be the best day ever. I could wake up the next day and not worry if im late to school, or what clothes I should wear. Plus my best friends, practilly my Brothers moved next door to me just the other day! Mostly all my neighbors are people that i know and go to school with ,besides the creepy stalker guy that no one likes. But The best part is there is no school anymore! (Til next year) 

"ASA LEE LINDEN!!!" My Grandmother yelled calling my name.

"YOUR GOING TO  BE LATE FOR SCHOOL, IF YOU DONT GET UR BUTT IN GEAR!!"

"Grandma im right next to you why are you yelling?"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY SUNNY?!"

"NEVERMIND GRANDMA!!"

"YOUR GONNA BE LATE FOR SCHOOL ASA!!!"

"GRANDMA THERE IS NO SCHOOL ITS SUMMER!!"

 ""Oh ok"  She says in a normal voice

5 MInutes Later

"ASA DO YOU WANT A APPLE BEFORE YOU GO TO SCHOOL?!?"

Ugggggg "Grandma, as i told you i DONT have school its Summer and I dont even like apples."

"Ok" She said sadly "Heres your apple"

        Eventally i just got so annoyed and told her i was going to school but i was acually was going to my best friend Leo Adam Capps's house to hang out and discuss what we are going to do this summer. Last summer Me, Leo, and Erin my other best friend when on a fishing/camping trip and had to try to get the most points during various activities to earn them. 

        I go over to Leos house and the phone rings.. its my grandmother.

"LEO!! WHERE IS MY GRANDSON?! I DONT KNOW WHERE HE IS !!" 

" Grandma this is Asa im over at Leo's house"

"YOUR SUPPOST TO BE AT SCHOOL!!"

"Ok, whatever im at school then."

"NO UR NOT UR AT LEO'S SWEETY"

"Im on my way, im coming home grandma"

"WHAT??"

"IM COMMING HOME"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?"

"Ahhh, forget it" 

        I said then hung up the phone and started to walk home to my grandmother. As i looked behind me As if i felt that someone was following me, i saw a dark shadow that was practicly breathing down my neck. I turn fully around and nothing was there.

        When i arived at my grandmothers house, i get up to the door and it wouldnt open. I was pretty sure that it was budged shut. I back up to get some speed then I ramed into the door and crashing through the house. I run through the house searching for my grandmother to see if she was ok, but i couldnt find her.... The only place i didnt check yet was the basement. The Basement was a very creepy place. When you go down there you can hear scary sounds almost like it was Haunted or Something.

         So hear i go.. On my way down to the basement  waiting for grandma to jump out behind a corner and say "Hahahah scared you Asa" or "Ha you feel for it " but sadly i was wrong... I walk down there and found Grandma tied up to a chair with a sock in her mouth. I run toward her, calming her, telling her that she is going to be ok once i get her untied. But for the second time i was wrong again. I take the sock out of her mouth and say "Shhhhh, your ok" 

               "ASA!!! BEHIND YOU!!" My grandmother yells.

        I hear a gun shot and suddenly get dizzy, Then I looked at my grandma and saw her Bawling her eyes out, i fell on the ground and had this strange feeling in my back and it REALLY hurt. I closed my eyes for a second then open them again and then every thing goes black, like i passed out or something.

         I wake up to the sound of beeping and it sounded as if it was coming from a electrocardiogram. Im i at a hospital? Finally this time i was correct, i was in a hospital. All of my friends are here but i cant seem to find my grandmother. I jumped up right out of the hospital bed and started to get dizzy again. intil I got pushed down back onto the bed.

"You have to rest , or else you are going to faint" The nurse told me, trying to calm me down.

"What happened to me? Wheres my grandmother?!"

"Sir, before I answer you, You must calm down."

"I cant calm down , i wont"   I said as i was trying not to cry.

" Asa your grandmother is.. um....well shes missing, and no one can find her.im So sorry Asa" She said as she put her hand on my shoulder.

"Dont touch me!!!!"

        I stood up slowly this time and started to pace around the hospital room biteing my nails. As i was trying not to freak out but it was hard not to. The nurse slowly walks out the door into the hallway and locks the door. As if she was scared of me, or thought i was insain. Am i insain? or have i just been too over dramatic about it? Mabey this whole time was just a misunderstanding and every thing one fine and everyone was fine, Besides me.... I look behind and see stiches all up my back, now I am suspicious, im starting to think it was more than just a gun shot.

        "What the hell is this?" I say as I started to bang on the door to try to get the nurse, or at least get her to unlock the door so I can get out of here. What happened to me? I only got shot.. so why are there stitches all up my back? Unfortunately there is no way to get out of this mess enless I run. I opened the Window, jumped out and ran, and i just kept running. I was going to my house and when i got there  went straight to my basement to see if my grandmother was still their. I had my doughts, but i had to see for myself. When i get down their I looked all around and saw no sign of her. All I found was a note,  it Read:

Dear, Asa I knew you would come here.. I know everything about you Asa, and your precious old grandmother. Infact she is here right now. If you ever want to see her again, look around the nieghborhood you'll surely find her.

        I ran out the door like there was no tommarow, searching through out the neighborhood. I looked everywere but I cant seem to find her. It was getting very late and i didnt know what to do, So i went to leo's house ( My best friend) He told me i can stay for as long as i want, but i was just planning to sleep there just for tonight and get up early to go look for my grandmother.
