I waited in the car park for Tia and her mum to arrive, I soon saw her come round the corner without her mum though. I dropped my bags and carefully dropped my guitar and ran straight towards her where she embraced me in a massive hug." It's been too long" Tia said letting go, I was crying and so was she. We both just laughed at each other."Let's go back to mine." She said helping me out with my bags. "Where's your mum?" I asked confused as to why she wasn't here too." She had to go to Wales for work, and she won't be back until next Monday,"She said moaning "but she said hi and good luck for later" she finished. "Oh ok tell her hi and thankyou when you see her." I said in reply."I will" she said back. We got to Tia's house and it was massive! "Wow Tia, your house is massive!" I shouted. "It was like this when you came two years ago" She laughed. " I know it's just I couldn't remember what it looked like." I said laughing too. "Right, we've got no time to catch up, we can do that tomorrow, we need to get you ready for tonight, we want Reece to notice you!" She said getting excited. "Wait what?! I'm only performing, I'm not trying to impress a boy!" I said getting slightly embarrassed. I decided not to tell Tia about meeting Reece already because she would find out tonight anyway. We walked up to her room and she sat me down in front of her dressing table. "Right your going to wear a skater dress and high heels and I'm gonna do your hair curly and your make up is going to be amazing too!" She screamed getting really excited. "Wait, I'm fine about everything apart from the high heels, I can't walk in high heels so converse will be fine for me" I said panicking and thinking about falling over in front of everyone watching tonight. "Fine ok, whatever." She said agreeing.
After about an hour of Tia making me look presentable she was finished.
I looked in the mirror and I was shocked, I've never seen myself like this before. The dress fitted perfectly and with my converse the outfit was so cute! My hair was curly and it looked amazing as my hair was brown at the top and blonder at the bottom like ombré. And my makeup was amazing! My eyes looked so much bluer, Tia put winged eye liner and mascara with a smokey eye. She had also out foundation, blusher, concealer and lip stick that was a very neutral colour but it was still visible. I loved it! "Tia! You've done amazing!" I squealed. "Really, I'm glad you like it, and now hopefully Reece will notice you!" She jumped up and down as she got really excited. "Are you trying to say that he wouldn't of noticed me before?" I said jokingly. "Of course he would of noticed you before but now you have an even better chance" she said smirking. Tia then got ready and looked amazing wearing a blouse with skinny jeans and a leather jacket with converse too, and she then handed me my black leather jacket. I grabbed my guitar and we left the house and we walked to where I would be singing. Along the way I got a text from Reece:

I smiled after reading his text, he is so sweet. I calmed down after Reece assured me I would be ok, just smile! I got to the place I was performing at 30 minutes early to do sound check to make sure everything was ok. There were a lot of seats in the room! "It's only 500 people, it's not that many." Someone from behind me said making me jump." Oh my god Reece, don't do that to me, I nearly had a heart attack!" I screamed, making Reece laugh." Wait you guys know each other?" Tia asked looking confused. "Reece this is Tia my best friend who I was talking about earlier and Tia this is Reece and I'm pretty sure you know who he is already" I said smirking as Tia looked like she was going to faint." How do you guys know each other?" Tia asked once she had calmed down a bit." Do you wanna explain or shall I?" I asked Reece. He nodded towards me as he smiled. "Well basically this morning we both got on the same train and started talking and then we later found out we were both performing at the same place tonight and that's it really" I said nearly running out of breath again! " oh right ok, hi reece I'm Tia" she said as Reece hugged her." She's a huge fan" I smirked making Tia blushed as she walked back to her seat. " Are you not a fan then?" Reece questions." Yeah I am but Tia's a bigger fan than me." I said smiling. "I like that about you"Reece smirked."you like what about me?" I asked confused." That your not like every other girl, when you saw first saw me you didn't scream or ask for a picture or an autograph or anything, I like that your different" he smirked making me blush." Thanks" I said trying not to blush but it was too late. "You look beautiful by the way" Reece said smirking and yet again making me blush, he knew what he was doing! "Thankyou, you don't look to bad your self and your making me blush on purpose now aren't you?!" I said smirking. " Thanks and Erm maybe." He said laughing and going to sit down to watch me rehearse. I was singing two songs, Wild heart by The Vamps and Budapest by George Ezra and Reece was singing Latch By Disclosure Ft Sam Smith and Too close by Alex Clare. I positioned the microphone in front of me to my height and started strumming the chords on my guitar, I only did half of both of the songs just so I knew if I sounded ok and everything else was working. Reece and Tia stood up and started clapping and cheering. Reece ran straight over to me and hugged me. He smelled so nice and I was only about 2 inches short than him, so he put his head on my shoulder and I did the same with him." What's that for?" I asked smiling." Because your amazing! You said you couldn't sing, you sang incredible Millie!" Reece said as he moved a piece of hair out of my face, I looked into his eyes and he looked into mine. Then Tia came over and said I was amazing too, I then felt a little more confident about performing now and we then went backstage after Reece had done his sound check, he was amazing too, it just came so natural to him. People then started to fill up the seats, all I had to do was smile and do my best.
