Chap 1

Mattia: " I love you so much babe please be careful in Cali " says mattia he's so adorable and he is the only thing that I am going to miss when I leave.
Kate: " I promise I will be safe and I will call all the time to check in on you okay? " I say giving him a kiss on the lips before I leave to start my journey to California. He nods and smiles but I know he is hurting on the inside because I am leaving. I grab my  bags and head to the car.
Mattia:" text me as soon as you get there so I know you are safe please."
Kate: "okay, I love you" I give him one last kiss before hopping in the car and driving off. I can't believe this is actually happening!! My best friend Grace and I are finally moving in together which is something we have been planning since we were little. We finally got to make this dream a reality, but it wasn't fun getting to this point. Grace's parents and my parents were always very very close, that is one of the reasons we became so close. One night all of our parents went on a special dinner to catch up on old times and stuff but on the way home they were drunk and ran right off of the side of the mountain. Neither one of our parents survived the crash so we have been living together ever since. Shortly after the crash, Grace and I realized that in order to focus on our career paths we would have to get out of the town or else we would constantly be reminded of our parents and we didn't want that bringing us down a wrong road in life. After months and months of looking we finally found a place we could afford in Cali and we immediately contacted the real estate agent and got it all set up. Now today is finally the day we are moving in. After saying goodbye to everyone, we set on our new journey to live on our own.
