Chapter 27

Two Years

The moment you notice that you grow, it's the moment you notice too how time fly so fast.

Ang bilis ng panahon. Kumakailan lang ay nahihiya, nagu-guilty at iniiyakan ko pa si Lucas, pero ngayon, ito ako't bully ng bully na sa kanya. He really calls me savage woman in purpose.

"Baby..." I heard him whispered in my ears.

I was still so sleepy so I just groaned, still eyes-closed.

"Come on, wake up. You're early today, right?"

Hindi ko siya pinansin. Inaantok pa talaga ako at gusto kong matulog.

"Shaireen, wake up. The director will scold you again if you're going to be late,"

Shit!

I lazily opened my eyes. Sa nanlalabo at halos pikit pang mga mata, nakita ko siyang nakaformal suit na. He's going to work. Why the heck is he here?

"Ang aga mo!" Nakasimangot ko siyang tiningnan. "Inaantok pa ako!"

He stared at me. "You really look good at the morning,"

"And you look horribly bad,"

Kumunot ang noo niya. I smiled and slowly get up. Of course he's so fucking look good. So fresh and so freaking tempting to kiss. Gusto ko siyang yakapin at lambingin pero kagigising ko lang at wala pa akong ligo kaya huwag na lang.

"Aalis ka na?"

"Yeah..." He held my elbow softly. "Get up now and take a bath. Your alarm clock keeps ringing and still you remain asleep,"

"Inaantok kasi talaga ako. Nakakapagod ang live kahapon,"

Pumungay ang mga mata niya. "Do you want me to talk to the Director–"

"What! No way!" Tumayo agad ako. "Bait-baitan lang 'yon kapag nandoon ka pero kapag wala ka na, alam mo bang ako ang pinagbubuntungan nun sa lahat? Sa akin inaasign 'yong pinakamahirap na role!"

He sighed. "But you said you're tired..."

"And it's fine." I smiled. "You're the first one I see this morning anyway,"

He remained staring at me. I chuckled and jumped to hug his neck. Nakaupo kasi siya sa kama at dahil nakatayo na ako ay ako na ang yumuko para mayakap siya.

"I might smell bad in the morning but you love me right?"

"Of course," he said and hugged me back. "And you doesn't smell bad. You're being crazy again,"

Nanggigigil na kinagat ko ang pisngi niya. He flinched in pain kaya hinalikan ko agad iyon at saka siya tinawanan.

"Damn..." he said while chuckling too. "Here you go again,"

Pinupusan ko 'yong pisngi niya at saka ngumiti. "Ihahatid mo ako?" I asked sweetly.

"Sure." he said and kissed me. "Hurry up if you don't me to talk to your director again. You know how much I didn't want you to be scolded, no matter how savage you are,"

Ngumiti ako at tiningnan ang buong kasuotan niya. He looks so good today. Clean-cutted hair and neatly fashionable even with his formal attire. "You have work?"

"Yes."

"What time?"

"7,"

"Huh?" I looked at the watch and I saw it's already 6:20! The heck? "You'll be late!"
