(Rebel's P.O.V.)

We set out to the "school" after getting our mission. Zack and Kiki didn't seem very troubled by their mission at all but Hera and Kyle looked frazzled. He kept murmuring and looking down at the folder while she looked traumatized.  Jasmine and Hazel kept looking curiously down at their folder as well. As for me, I was only a little nervous even though I probably had the most important job here. I decided to ask Kyle and Hera why they were nervous.

Maybe it has to do with personal mission,I thought. I shrugged mentally and kept walking. I would have to talk to them I decided.  I glanced up at the drowsy sun. I held up my fist to signal that we will be stopping. Everyone dispersed and set up camp.

I watched the flames crackle and snap against the wood we had brought. I looked around the campfire and decided that now would be the best time to talk about our missions. I cleared my throat and everyone looked at me. "What are your personal missions?,"I asked Zack and Kiki.

Zack explained about theirs. They seemed pretty confident that they could subdue them so I moved on.

I pointed towards Jasmine and Hazel. "Well, our mission is to take out this boy and his weapon but his weapon is.. weird. Like, instead of being outside his body, it's inside of him,"Jasmine explained.

"Are you worried?"

"Only that it will be more challenging to subdue them but we're not sure yet." I nodded and moved on again. I pointed towards Kyle and Hera.

Kyle was the one that spoke up,"Our mission involves a boy, whose family was a group of a assassins. They killed our parents, right in front of us. We're worried that we won't be able to take him out because of our past relations."

I nodded my understanding and stood up,"Look, I understand what you're going through. My parents were killed right in front of me as well."  Their eyes widened. I smiled gently," It's okay. You will just have to face what happened with strength. Besides, this is the perfect opportunity to get revenge for them." They nodded and relaxed more.

"Now, I'm going to go look ahead and do a little reconnaissance (cough cough). Then we will strike." I smiled and headed off into the dark.

I had been just wandering for a little bit, not actually expecting to see something, when all of a sudden a city appeared in the horizon. My eyes widened as I felt the gigantic soul power emanating from it.

I had a form of soul vision but it wasn't as clear as most. I could also feel many different souls hidden underneath it. I debated on going on ahead but decided against it.

We were going to have to change our plans.

I turned around and raced back to camp.

I rushed into camp, making a lot of noise. I wasn't breathing hard so when everyone was awake, I told them what I had saw. Their eyes widened as the enormity of what I described. I finished my tale and asked," Is there any way of contacting the director?" They nodded and Zack took out a mirror.

He breathed on it and mumbled,"555-7894, just come knocking on my door." The glass rippled and showed a very startled, very angry director. "What is the matter?" Her voice was calm and cold but I knew this was worse then if she had yelled at us.

"There seems to be a difficulty,"Kyle said.

"What is it?!"

"The city, Death city, seems to be closer than any of us could have guessed. There may be complications with not only the timing of the plan but the portals. I don't know if I can rip a hole in space from where the city is right now. The best bet is if I open the portal now,"I told her.

She scrunched her face up but sighed after a while. "Do it." I nodded and backed away from the mirror. I grabbed Jace and Jacob along the way and "felt" for a good spot to open a portal. I found one, just a little ways from our camp.

I grabbed their hands and they changed into scythes. My eyes rolled back in my head as I lost myself to the immense power of my soul. My hands moved automatically, shredding and tearing the flimsy magic that held this certain spot together.I could feel a huge amount of magic coming out of the portal. I almost lost my concentration but I was a professional.

I felt a shoulder tap and I closed the portal. Slumped with exhaustion, I went to sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
