Mae's POV

We're still here in the court watching their basketball game. Mukhang malapit narin itong matapos.

"How long are they gonna stay here?" Jade suddenly asked kaya napatingin ako sa kanya, she looks serious that made me wonder why pero binalik ko narin agad ang paningin ko sa naglalaro

"For a week I guess." I answered eventhough i'm not sure if it's about my cousin's vacation here.

"I thought they will stay longer let's say maybe for a month." She said. Tama nga ako na about kena kuya ang tinatanong nya.

"Why ?" I curiously asked.

"Nahh nothing, I was just asking." She said.

"Aha, you missed him?" I asked her na ikinabigla niya.

" Ha? Ahh h-hindi ah. Owhh look like they are tapos na. I have to go and prepare for your party later." She said and kissed my cheeks bago tumayo at nagmamadaling umalis.

Pipigilan ko na sana kaso nakakalayo na eh kaya sinigawan ko na lang.

"See you later." I shouted and she just wave at me.

Jade's POV

"See you later" Mae shouted as I walked out from the court.

I just make wave to her without lingon.

Im not making iwas ah i'm just busy hehehe.

Anyway magseseryoso muna ako ngayon.

I was walking home when memories of us keeps flashing on my mind. My tears suddenly fall kaya pinunasan ko agad.

We were happy before, he was then my knight and shinning armor. He courted me years ago and being with him are the best days that I have.

I supposed to say yes that day when he suddenly said that they will stay in California for good and he cut off our communication.

It hurts and I thought wala na pero meron pa pala.

Hahayy magmadali na nga ako at nang makapagpahinga muna ako sa bahay.

Mae's POV

Nang matapos na ang laro lumapit agad sila sa akin.

"Where's Jade?" Kuya Jib asked nang makalapit na siya.

"Ahh umuwi na, may gagawin pa raw siya." I answered and give each one of them a bottle of water at towel kena kuya.

"Thank you." Hayden said while smiling. Nakakainis talaga tong lalaking to.

Hindi ko na siya pinansin at bumalik na sa inuupuan ko kanina.

"Princess we'll just change our clothes, wait here okay?" Kuya Joseph said.

Tumango lang ako kaya umalis na sina kuya.

Kinuha ko yung phone ko at nakitang may text pala si mom sabi niya may mga relatives na daw na dumating sa bahay, she asked me if I can go home to entertain them, and I replied Okay.

Tapos na naman sina kuya kaya maghihintay nalang ako.

Hayden's POV

We're here now at the shower room kakatapos lang namin maglaro ng basketball, i'm with my cousin's friends.

"Wait Sam texted me papunta raw sila rito to play at nagyaya siya sa atin. We will wait for them? " Biglang sabi ni Jake nang papasok na ako sa isang cubicle kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Sure, how about you guys?" Joseph said.

"Game" sabi nang mga kasamahan namin.

"May lakad ka?" Tanong sakin ng pinsan ko.
