If i have to sit through one more parent teacher conference today, i may lose my mind. I love my job, teaching is everything I wanted and more but some days..
As I'm waiting for my last parent to leave I quickly text trevor to make sure we're still on for drinks tonight. I haven't seen my best friends from college in months. Trevor and Kyle, the duo of Kingsley University. They were in the same frat partying it up every week and they had girls lining up to be with them. Me on the other hand.. I just wanted to have fun and get my degree. I would go out every Thursday and party with them and my other friends but they always made sure I got home okay. They were truly the best friends any girl could have.
Trevor called me when I was walking to my car.
"Jenny, my girl, it's ladies night at keyless, we need to get there before the crowd" he said.
"i know, i'm leaving work right now meet me at my place and I'll get ready and we can go." i said.
After i hung up the phone with trevor I called Kyle.
"hello hotness." Kyle has always been a ladies man.
"hello, are you ready to go? i'm on my way to my apartment to get dressed. Meet trevor and I there." I told him.
"I'm already here Jenny, you really should move your spare key from under the mat, and get better beer"
"Kyle! uhggg i'm almost home, don't wreck my apartment and do not, i repeat, do not drink all my beer." then I quickly hung up and pulled into my apartment parking spot. As soon as I put my car in park I see Trevors porsche in my rear view mirror. I jump out and run to hug him.
"Trevor!!! I haven't seen you in months. where have you been you big idiot"
"wow I feel the love from the hug but a big idiot that's just cruel" said trevor.
After grabbing my bag out of my car, we made our way to my apartment. Kyle was already in his boxers drinking beer in my living room. some things never change.
"what's up you guys?" said kyle.
shaking my head i said, "i'm going to take a quick shower and get dressed, you guys can get ready and start drinking"
After a short, hot shower I blow dried my hair and curled it and put on my favorite black cocktail mini dress that has the back cut out so i can't wear a bra with it. i also slipped on my black lace thong, a favorite, a go-to. I put in my hoop earrings and put on my makeup, a little red lipstick never hurt anyone. Then I grabbed my black heels and went to the kitchen where the boys were dressed and ready to go.
"I'll call an uber to come pick us up" i said.
They both turned around and i could tell they approved of my outfit of choice. it was almost satisfying how they looked like they wanted to ravage me but I have them a wink and a twirl and laughed, grabbing a shot of tequila and a beer.
"Jenny is on the prowl tonight" said kyle, looking me up and down. Trevor stayed quiet starring at the length of my dress.
"Well aren't you guys? I do have an extra bedroom but one of you will have to use the couch, I don't think you will mind. The ubers here!"
While walking to the uber to could feel their stares. why did i walk first? Either way I greeted the uber driver and had to bend a little to get in the car, pretty sure my ass was out but it's okay. Then I looked back a trevor standing behind me and his eyes were locked with mine, I've never truly noticed how perfect his eyes were. At that moment kyle getting in on the other side interrupted my staring contest with trevor. "To keyless please!" said Kyle.
While on the way to keyless, I got on my Tinder and started swiping away, matching with every guy that looked like they could lay it down. I could feel both of the boys looking over my shoulder, judging every swipe.
