Chapter 12

So everyone is debating about what to watch. The girls want to watch the notebook and the guys want to watch die hard. Except for me and Addison. We really don't care what we watch.
"Hey Jess the girls and I are going to this new sushi place this Saturday for dinner and then we're having a sleepover, I want you to join us pleaseeeee" she asks me.
"Um are you sure is everyone okay with that?" I ask her. I don't want anyone to be awkward because I'm joining.
"Of course. Everyone of the girls loves you and we would love for you to join us." She smiles. She has the best smile.
"Sure. I'll join you then." I smile back at her. She squeals.
I feel someone sit beside me and I turn my head to see Jaden holding a bag of popcorn. He looks at me and offers me the popcorn. I take some and toss it in my mouth.
"Is this seat taken?" someone says from my other side. I turn my head. It's Harry.
"Um no" I smile at him and he seats himself.
"Hi I'm Harry, I don't think we've met." He smiles at me and holds his hand out. I shake it and smile back.
"Hi I'm Jessica." I look in his eyes.
"How come I've never met you before" he asks. I remove my hand from his.
"I can ask you the same thing" I ask him. He smiles.
"Sassy, I like it." He winks at me. For some reason I remember Jaden's wink. I look at him and he is on his phone. He looks at me and doesn't even give me smile. I think he's mad at me. I talk to Harry for a little while and he tells me about how he met Bryce and how they are so close now. I keep smiling at him. He is a very open person that the smile on my face just doesn't go away. I tell him how I met Vani and how we became best friends.
"You have a cute smile." He tells me. My smile grows if that possible. I'm smiling ear to ear and he's just looking at me. Not doing anything.
Everyone finally decided to watch titanic. We decide to skip the first hour as it's very slow and the movie is very long. I glare at the screen continuously. I love this movie. I see Harry streching and putting his hand around my shoulder. That was fast. But I can't say that I'm not liking this.
The movie gets over and I'm balling my eyes out. I look over and every girl is crying and the guys are comforting them. Avani is sitting in Anthony's lap and they look adorable. Josh is holding Nessa by her face and comforting her. Olivia is hugging Kio tightly and Addison's head is on Bryce's lap as he plays with her hair and kisses her head.
I look over to Harry. He's grinning looking at his phone. I look over to Jaden and he's looking at me.
"Jaden can we talk?" I ask him.
"After spin the bottle maybe." He says turning his head looking at everyone. "Ok everyone, we're playing spin the bottle." He shouts. Griffin and Josh shift the centre table. We all sit in a circle. Addison on one side of me and Harry on another. Bryce spins the bottle first. It lands on Kio. He gets up and pecks Kio on the lips. And sits back in his place.
"Gotta kiss the homies." He says and everyone laughs.
Then Addison spins the bottle and it landed on Josh. She gets up and kisses Josh on the cheek. And sits back and grins at Bryce. Bryce pecks her on the lips. They are so cute. Now it's my turn to spin the bottle.
I'm a little nervous because I haven't really kissed anyone since I broke up with Shane. I spin the bottle and it lands on Harry. Oh shit. I look at him and he's grinning at me. My eyes go to Jaden. He gets up from the circle and walks into the kitchen. This sucks.
I look at Harry and hold his face. I kiss him on the cheek.
"Hey you have to kiss him on the lips." I hear Griffin. Fuck you Griffin.
"Addison didn't kiss Josh on the lips." I defend myself.
"That's because she's dating Bryce. Are you dating anyone?" He asks me. I shake my head no. "Are you talking to anyone?" He asks me. I shake my head no. "So? KISS HIM" he tells me.
"Ok" I reply. I don't wanna do this. I look at him and hold his face. He bits his lips and look at mine and then looks back at my eyes. Let's get this over with already. He connects his lips to mine and moves his hand to my waist. Everyone sitting in the room was hooting for us. We kiss for a few seconds but I pull my, head back breaking the kiss. He looks at me and grins then moves his thumb to his lips and looks at me again. I sit back in my place.
We play for a few more minutes but it's just Avani and Anthony making out and Harry kissing Olivia on the cheek. I notice that Jaden isn't back yet. I walk in the kitchen and look at him sitting on the slab eating cheese puffs alone. I go and stand in front of him.
"Hi" I smile at him.
"Hi" he replies in a lousy way.
"Are you mad at me?" I ask him sitting besides him.
He chuckles. "Why would I be mad at you?" He look at me. I take the bag of cheese puffs from his hands and put one puff in my mouth.
"I don't know. Maybe because you haven't spoken to me since I got here?" I mock him. He looks me in the eyes.
"Did you enjoy kissing him?" He says looking down again.
"Are you jealous?" I laugh.
"No I'm not jealous why would I be jealous?" He looks at me sounding confident.
"I dont know you look jealous" I laugh looking at him and he looks down.
"You wanna go get some McDonald's" he asks me playing with his phone case.
"It's 11pm" I tell him.
"So what? It's never too late for food." He looks at me with a serious expression.
"Ok lets go but you're driving. I'm tired" I tell him.
"Ok your highness" he smiles. I love his smile. I laugh and grab my phone and we walk out of the house.
