"Honey, I'm really afraid that they would find out where we are" Eliza spoke out softly to her husband, while cradling the two babies in her arms. You could know, from the tone of her voice and the way she spoke with an anxious face, that she was scared. Scared that they might find out where they were, the cabin, the garden and most importantly... The twins. Eliza and Alex's biggest were was that the coorporation might find out where they were hiding. They know, it was certainly a bad thing to run away from the organization but it was for the best. After they had gotten married, Eliza send a request to withdraw from the secret organization's research on which she had played a part on, both Alex and Eliza were from the research, hence why they met on the first place. After they got married, they filed for retirement papers which was denied as the research was done without the knowledge of anyone except the participants, they knew there was no way out unless it was to run away. At first they pushed away the idea and continued working for them. That was, untill they found out that Eliza was pregnant, they knew it was dangerous and immediately took the risk and ran away from the research centre. They weren't going to let their children grow up in a bad and evil place, they had found a cabin far away from the city and the centre. The cabin was small, when they found it, an old couple was just about to leave to go live in the city before their time comes and had given the place to Alex happily. Alex knew that it was still dangerous, he knew that they would still find them no matter where they hid, but at least for now, his wife and his kids would be safe. He'll just think of another plan again. He knew he was more in trouble than Eliza because he's actually apart of the research as Eliza was just the caregiver if the experiment had gone off-course. So they would be searching every nook and cranny for them. Alex was deep in his thoughts when Eliza noticed that her words had triggered him and immediately reassured him "Alex, dear, it's okay, they won't find us for now. We just need them to grow up first" Alex turned to face his beautiful lil family and smiled softly.
Yes, he had made up his mind. He wasn't gonna let anything happen to his family, never.
