"I have to ask you robbin. Do you mind traveling with me and Maxwell to the snow logge in Chamonix, Fra-"

Before I could finish my sentence I hesitated at the sight of Robbin's face. He looked taken back by the very mentioning of the logge. He curled his nose and squirted his eyes, his way of trying not to look angry but really was livid.

It was early sunset and the streetlights came on almost on que as the wind picked up speed and the leaves blew off trees in the distance and it started to rain lightly and fogg was forming around.

"What is wrong? Did I say something to upset you?"
You should did Eathan bud.
Quiet you.

"Listen, what ever reason you think is a good one to travel over to that place is not significant. Wha- what...WHO IS MAKING YOU DO THIS EATHAN!?"

"Shhh. Someone is going to hear you. You are not making since Robert. No one is making do anything."

Rain started to pour, the wind wrestled with the trees and lighting struck. Robbin and i stood by the streetlights weak glow and were starting to be sooked in water.

Robbin came closer to me, stopping only a few inches from my face. I could see the fear and anger in his eyes. Speaking in whisper he told me,

"We can not talk about it here. There is many things you do not know about, places, people, why you are here..."

Robbin looked as though he had a frog in his pipe for a bit before swallowing and continuing.

"Call me tonight when you get home."

There was a long moment of silence between us. I did not know how to react to Robbin. He looked frightened, something I would not expect from him of all people. A former man of war, he had witnessed everything possible tragedy any person could face. If  Robbin was bothered by anything than that something was diffently something worthwhile.

I have known him since we boarded at Oxford. He has always been predictable in reference to his emotions. The Legand he was called because of his never unconsistant clam expression.

"Lock your windows and doors Eathan." Robbin stated before taking off down the hill and disappearing into the thick fog that snatched him quickly in its arms. The wind blew his coat behind him in a dramatic affect. The last I thing I heard was the clicks of his shoes before the sound was replaced with the whistling of the wind.

The soft buzz of my phone in my pocket and my heart racing fast in my chest was the only things that I felt for a second. I heard another crackle of lighting before I was bushed by the a gust of wind to my knees. Only when I hit the ground was I aware of how drenched I was.

Wow, just wow.

I was left alone on the side walk with only my thoughts and Robbin's words, "lock your windows and doors Eathan walker."

What did he mean someone was making me do somethig? What did I not know? How could he just leave me without an explanation and in the rain without an unprila?

The rain fell hard and without mercy of its victim's. After picking myself off the ground, picking up my bag and coat, I made my way to the garague to making my way home.

This is such a disgrace. How will I explain the water damage when I return this?

*buzz buzz*

Who could be calling me this late in afternoon?

5:03 p.m. my phone screen read before I hit the power button.

Maybe it is just Sarah.

**********

The wind blew so hard against the car windows I could have thought they would break any second.
Unconsciously I shifted in my set to check if the Windows were securined.

Robbins getting in my head. What ever he said could not be true. Could it?

I pulled into the driveway just before the clock hit 6 and dragged my self out of the car feeling awkward about the fact that my clothes are sticking to me.

That shower is my quest and soap and water is the treasure.

I flung my bag  to the back set and jumped out on to the bavment. Jogging my way of the path and onto the boarch I reached into my pocket to get my keys when I heard a heart sinking scream from the other side if the door.

Fumbling with my keys in my hand I hastily opend the door and ran into the living room. My heart was racing. Is this what Robbin was talking about? I knew I left too fast this morning, he was right. I don't know what is going on around me and now I my cat, the only other person I have to interact with besides my friends, have to pay the price for my faults.

"Do not worrying Blackwell I am coming!"

Dripping from head to toe. I found Emmastone wrestling with her self screaming for the little cotton balls to be off her fur at once.

"EATHANNNNNNN!!!" She growled before pouncing on top of head knocking me backwards, I reached out to save myself only to hit a lamp off its respective post.

It is not the first time you fell and it sure will not be your last. Stop being so clumsy.

This time when I hit the ground the back of my head it the carpet. Emmastone rolled off my head in to my side and passed out apparently from exhaustion. Who knows how long she was fighting with her back. She is a sturrobon creature.

Emmastone Blackwell, a seemingly small cat but has great strength, managed to not only nearly give me a conconion but break almost every lamp in my house as far as i could see from laying in the living room.

The rug on the staircase was adjusted to the side of the first 4 steps as though someone had ran up them jn a frenzy. Glass was broken in the kitchen and the bathroom door was open and the flaset was on and tissue rolls were next to th tipped one gar of cotton balls.

What were you doing Emmastone? Come on Stone you could do better than this.

I picks up Emmastone from the rug and limped to the my way to the kitchen and placed her on a stoll and went to the refrigerator to get some her formula.

*click* *click* *shhhshhh*

I froze. A glow was coming from upstairs. Everything was happening fast.

The next thing I knew a figure had passed the kitchen door way and the back door was opened and I was standing beside my island with the refrigerator door wide open, a cup of cat formula in my hand, drenched in water and wearing wet socks, hairs swiped to one side and sticking up in the back while I was holding on to my cats paw and was bending my knees as thought that was going to protect me from any kind of danger existent or not.

A rush if power ran thought my veins. I dropped the can of powder and made it just in time to the screen door to see the end of a camp like cloth dissappar into the thick fog. The thunder cracked again and again, getting louder after each round. The wind whipped and twisted, smacking my face in the most unpleasant manners. There was a loud boom beofre there was salience.

Before me was the back boarch and everything else was a blur in the cloud of fogg.

I became aware of my breathing again, the near slilent crack of the light bulb was vibrant in the backround. I stood wide eyed at what I just experienced.

This has to be a dream. This can not be real. I need to wake up. Wake up Eathan! Just wake up!
This can not be happening!

*Ring, ring*
