Part 1

Third person POV

It was the middle school tournaments. Hinata and his teammates where ready for their first tournament. His teammates and him have been practicing for this game since the year before. (Yes in this AU he doesn't go to the same school!) They were excited but don't show it. Hinata was the shortest out of all of them. As they were preparing for their first game they discussed a way to win. They were against the winning team, Kitagawa Daiichi Junior High. They kept on saying how they'll pass to Izuku when they don't have many blockers towards him. They will try to use the quick attack they've been trying to do and the only one hinata could hit. They were ready after their coach explained their plan. They soon went onto the court. They got into their positions. The other team was laughing a bit when they saw hinata was on the court. The whistle blew and they started the game. Kitagawa was first to serve. Max sent it to their setter, Ethan. He went and watched as Blake and Noah jumped as if they were gonna set. Ethan went to set he went to the back which was where hinata jumped up high and hit the ball. The other team was shocked by this and since it was fast they weren't able to keep it up. After their first and second set Kitagawa ended up winning by one point. Hinata has also been observing and when their setter wasnt able to get to the set hinata would set for him and he would spike it. In the crowd there was a few certain cats who watched his performance and took a liking towards him. Those cats have decided to get him into their school.

*back at the school*

Hinata and his team felt like they did a great job at at least keeping up with the winning team. They decided to take a small break and go out and at least celebrate that they were able to keep up. Hinata also helped giving them some advice. "And when you set try doing it higher or try to learn how high the person your setting to jumps. And you also need to learn how they like their sets to be. You know that I can get used to any and improvise when it's not a good set, but the others try to get to know the way they'll want it and try not to make it that obvious when your going to set for a certain person." Hinata explained to Ethan.

*when it was time for high school to start*

Hinata POV

I got ready to get to nekoma high. They accepted me since they saw the game in middle school. Their school uniforms isn't much what I like but I guess I'll need to get used to. I walked out to eat my breakfast. "Morning Shōyō-nii!!" My little sister, Natsu said. "Morning." I said as I sat down and ate. "Well bye I better get going. I don't want to be late that I won't be able to see the nekoma volleyball team." I said as I have my mom and sister a kiss as I left. When I arrived I went to the volleyball club and saw that there were a few people here as well.

Kageyama POV

I arrived at the club room and saw that I was the only one here. I then saw three people walk in. "You must be Tobio Kageyama." One of them said. I nodded. "Right now your the only one. The others said that they were going to be coming someday this week." The other one said. I nodded. "What position are you?" The loud one asked. "I'm mostly the setter." I said. "Alright." The one with light white hair said. "Hey Daichi. So any news on the short orange haired kid??" The loud guy asked. "He aceptes going to nekoma. I guess that we were a bit late to send him the scalar ship before nekoma." Daichi said. "Are you talking about the one who was in the first team we played against??" I asked. They nodded.

Hinata POV

It was a bit boring being at school. As I was walking out the gates I saw kenma and kuroo. They came up to me. "Hey you walking to home??" Kuroo asked. "Yeah." I said. "Can we walk with you?" Kuroo asked again. "Sure. Do whatever you'd like." I said. The three of us walked together. We arrived at a small store. Since I was board I decided to go in and get some food. Kuroo and kenma went in and grabbed themselves some snacks. Once I got some stuff I also got some meat buns. After I paid I kept on walking with kuroo and kenma. I gave them one. We then went our separate ways. When I arrived at the house I saw a note and it just said that my mom and natsu went to the store. I decided to go take a shower.

Kenma POV

I knew that shō has some great talents. We can have him as the Spiker or setter. He's also able to make anyone happy just by showing up. He's also kinda cute.... Wait no! Stop thinking that! As I was laying down on my switch I couldn't help but keep thinking of him. Sure it's the first time I really meet him, but he's really kind and happy. I kinda want to get to know him better. He seems like a cool and amazing person. I wonder how he'll be able to get along with the team. I can't stop thinking about his beautiful brown eyes that you'll be captured by, his beautiful pink plumped lips. His big a- no dont think about that!! Where is my thoughts taking me?! I'll just try to sleep to cool my head a bit. I just hope he'll fit in.
