Chapter Fourty Four

AVAS POV

I rushed out of the car. Harry was following close behind me. He grabbed ahold of my arm and spun me around. "Ava what is going on! You ran out of the house and had me drive you to the hospital what in the world is happeninng?!" He yelled angrily.

I pulled my arm forcefully back still letting a few tears slip from my eyes, and rushed into the hospital. Harry groaned in frustration, well I have been a little bit frustrating ever since I recieved that call-

No! I can not get distracted I ran up to the receptionist desk, panting slightly. "Hello." She said dully. I was a bit taken back about how emotionless one can be.

"Jade. Evergreen." I said in between breaths.

"Look, if your a fan-"

"Excuse me. You do not talk to me like that." I interrupted her, and she looked up and a slight expression of shock and embarassment crossed her face as she looked down quickly. "Sorry, Ms. Evergreen. Floor 5 Room 55."

"You better be I could get you fired." The famous card, normally it is a pathetic card to play, but I am in a rush here. Harry came rushing in, also slightly out of breath.

"Ava." He panted and approached me. "What happened?" I continued jogging down the hall towards the lift. "Ava." He said again and got into the lift before it closed. "Please explain to me what is going on."

I took a deep breath. "Okay."

-1 Hour Ago-

"Harry stop." I giggled as he kept making weird faces and doing awful imitations of actor's accent.

"But I love making you laugh, beautiful." He said cheekily as he tried another one. "Want to know something I love?"

"And what could that be?"

"You." I giggled as we started a kiss, but was rudely interrupted by my cell phone's ringtone of Hall of Fame by The Script. "Next time we have to silence your phone." He groaned. "Sorry Harry, but that is my brother's ringtone we both know if I don't pick up all hell will brake loose."

"Fine answer it but you owe me a kiss." He groaned as I reached for my phone and responded to the car. "Ava what took you so long to answer?" His voice seemed stressed, and frustrated.

"I had to get my phone. Whats up you seem very stressed and frustrated." I began to panic slightly, "What happened?" I took a deep breath, Harry left the room to leave me privacy and went to go make some tea.

"Well it is about mum."

"You mean Jade?" I said bitterly back.

"Avaline Evergreen put your bitchy attitude aside for now this is serious!" He yelled at me.

"Stop yelling at me and tell me what happened instead of calling me a bitch." I replied calmly, but a seep of frustration and anger claimed a piece of the tone my voice.

"She got into a car crash. I am at the hospital."

"Y-your joking?" I let a fear tears escape. I know she has done horrible things, but I would have to be heartless not to cry or have any sorrow.

"No. I am not. I was going to meet up with her when an 18 wheeler crashed into her. I just thought it would be the right decision to let you know." He signed, his voice was a bit shaky.

"What hospital?"

"Your coming-"

"Cut the crap and tell me what fucking hospital!" I yelled at him.

He told me the hospital and I hung up. "Harry!" I screamed. He came rushing into the room. "Ava?! Are you alright what happened?!"

"Hospital now!"
