Little Runaway ( Remake)

Angelica's POV

I wake up to the sound of my parents arguing again. I wish they would stop, not only is it hurting them but, it's hurting me. I want to tell them to stop so badly, but if I do I'll most likely get hurt. I got downstairs slowly. My mom is crying and my dad is holding a beer bottle. I watch as he broke it over her head. She kicks him and he fell over. I am frozen place staring at my mother. She saw me and fear filled her eyes. " Go to your room!" She yells. " Mom..." I trailed off. She glared at me before saying, " Go!" I run up to my room and lock the door. I soon hear them talking once more.

" Oh yeah! I'll leave!" My dad exclaims. " You can't leave me with Angelica!" She yells back. suddenly everything goes quiet. " I'll do what I want!" He screams. " You'd better not!" My mom threatens. I try my hardest to block out all the yelling. 

* One Hour Later*

My crying had finally stopped. So did the arguing. I got downstairs to get dinner. I find my dad passed out in the living room... He was drinking. I knock on my mom's door. I assume she's either left or she's sleeping, because I got no response. I go into the kitchen and look around for anything I can eat. I decide on making a couple of hotdogs. There not that hard to make, I sit at the table at the kitchen. Then I heard the sound of keys jingling. My mom entered with a tall man. I was gonna ask questions but I kept my mouth shut.

She was gigging as she drags him to her room. I have no idea how this will end up, he gives me one look before my mom pulls him into her room. I soon hear moaning. My mom is cheating on my dad... wonderful. I got to my room, luckily I can't hear the moaning from up here. I grab my phone and earbuds. I shuffle a random playlist and sit there thinking. Stuff with my mom and dad are getting out of hand.

I just hope this stops soon.... 

Sorry I haven't wrote anything in a long time, I'm sure from now on it won't be that way, I was just having writers block everyday and had no motivation, I'm sorry, hope you enjoyed this remake. Peace :)))
