ALLUKA IS GENDERBENT. I sincerely apologize for not stating this sooner, but I wrote this when I was twelve, as you can see plainly on my profile, and I did very little editing before posting it, because I thought it was cute and fine as is. I was not trying to misgender Alluka, I am fully aware she uses she/her pronouns. Thanks.

"Alluka~" A 10 year old girl called as she ran around the city, searching everywhere... behind billboards, around corners, under rocks, even. "Come out, come out, wherever you are!~" She sang, a somewhat patronizing tone in her voice.

Suddenly, there was some movement from the dumpster that caught her attention, and she noticed a very familiar albino crawl out. "Hey," he greeted, giving a small yawn.

"Dude," she paused to just stared at him for a minute, with the best blank face she could dig up. "You're hiding from me, not the police."

"Yeah, okay." He walked to her and gave a friendly pat on her shoulder, a devious glint in his eye. "Come on, I wanna show you something."

"Okay, that's fine and all, but where's Alluka?" She knitted her eyebrows together. She allowed him to push her in any direction, but she'd be lying if she said she didn't have to resist the urge to yell at him for trying to distract her.

He grabbed her arm, kind of roughly, and it startled her. One minute she was on the ground, and the next she was in the air, feeling as if gravity just... decided it didn't want to exist anymore. "Trust me, Katsu, you'll like it." A smirk slowly crept onto his face, a very creepy one.

She glanced down as they stood on the roof of the building they had been speaking next to. Before she could protest, or even get out a word, she felt herself being dragged. Very fast. Almost too fast, in fact.. And the feeling of being weightless returned to her.

He finally landed in an cramped alley, beside yet another dumpster. He held onto her arm for another moment, making sure she was balanced before letting his hands rediscover the security of his pockets. "Here we are." He mumbled, glancing away, almost as if he'd rather be doing anything else at that moment.

She eyed the large trash can suspiciously, taking in a sharp breath. "What are we doing here? Why'd you bring me to a large, smelly waste bucket? What're you trying to say?" She asked with a somewhat low voice, suddenly not feeling a whole lot of trust for the white haired teen.

"Not that." He rolled his eyes, and clicked his tongue. "It's what's inside that you'll find interesting." He turned to face the dumpster, his eyes remaining half-lidded as he did so. As he spoke, his bored tone presented itself out in the open, as if he didn't even try to hide the fact this was a nuisance to him. "She's here."

A little boy, around eleven years of age, with long raven colored locks, made his way out of the dumpster and gave a goofy grin to the girl standing before him. "Hey!" He greeted, a very childish tone.

"Allu!" The girl cheered happily, her hands clapping together once to show her excitement. Then she gave him a weird look, glancing to the boy's older brother as she did so. "Why were you hiding in the dumpster?"

"Hey... um..." Alluka called quietly, as if he didn't even hear her question. As he sheepishly scratched his cheek, his face started to heat up.

She crossed her arms over her chest, and would have pouted like a little kid if it weren't for the curiosity burning in the pit of her stomach. "What?" She asked as she gestured for him to continue on with his thought.

"Well, uh, give me your... hand." He nervously presented his hand to her, in a kind gesture... as if to help her up from a fall. But that only confused her.

"Requests...?" She looked to Killua who was smirking at her, and so she slowly took off one of her gloves and extended her hand out to him. 'I really hope he doesn't mean I have to cut it off, that would suck. Wait a second! If he was doing requests, wouldn't he be specific? There's something fishy about this, and I don't like the way the albino's looking at me!' She screamed in her head, sparing another glance toward Alluka's older brother.

The young male slowly took it and hesitated before boldly intertwining their fingers. This startled the girl. "Your... mouth."

'Okay, now I really hope he doesn't mean I have to actually give him my mouth. I need lips, I can't live without lips. Curse you and all your adorable glory.' She gritted her teeth together as she leaned in closer.

Without explanation, he leaned in as well and planted a small kiss on her lips. She jerked back, not having expected that. She reached up with her free hand to feel her cheeks, though she couldn't feel them through the fabric of her glove. While she couldn't feel it, she was sure they burned a bright red. He seemed to revel at this. "And one more thing." He said, regaining some confidence after seeing her reaction to his last 'request.'

"Uh... yeah?" She asked softly, her hand slowly moving from her face as it clutched her other glove as well, the one she had taken off her hand that Alluka had asked for. She gulped a bit, afraid of what the young boy would ask for next. She didn't like where this was headed.

"Give me your heart."

As if a light bulb lit up in her brain, she had finally understood what he was trying to say. Now understanding it, she felt her heart rate slowly decrease to its normal speed, but it didn't last for too long. Her eyes began to widen as she carefully thought about his words, her eyes darting all over the place. She hadn't expected this when he had asked her to play hide and seek, she just thought it was normal game of hide and seek! And he sucked at hiding!

Even the albino gave the young girl a weird look when she didn't say anything. Glancing over at him, this brought her back to reality. She looked down at the ground and took in yet another sharp breath. She didn't know what to say. She was only ten, she didn't completely understand the full concept of his words. But... she knew the brief outline, and that's all she figured she needed to know.

Letting out that breath, she forced down the lump in her throat and gave him a rather shy yet reassuring smile. "Allu," she mumbled.

He seemed just as nervous as she felt, which made her relax a bit. He didn't respond, but he gave a slight nod which told her to continue.

"Why ask for my heart..." she paused, then glanced toward Killua once again. The weird look he had given her before had vanished and was quickly replaced with a knowing smirk, one she absolutely hated. She quickly tore her gaze from him and favored looking toward Alluka instead as she continued her thought. "...when you already have it?

WELP! There ya go. I did edit this quite a lot between the time I uploaded this, and now. But heyyy. Don't be too nice. I want the truth. It's bad? Don't sugarcoat it, okay? I'll take whatever you have to say into consideration for future stories I may or may not be working on, so be honest.
