After being attacked by the League, Kai Chisaki was deemed harmless and sent to live with (Adult Hero Canon Character) to have an eye kept on him. They ordered a pair of prsthetic arms for the male, who spent most of his time in the room he had been given or on the couch. He never spoke and only ever looked at (Adult Hero Canon Character) when spoken to, to show that he was listening.
