It's the first day on college and I'm not happy because I never been far from my home and mom sure I've been to places with my friends but that's different because all my friends are going to a different college.
I had to go to this meeting with the whole university so all the freshman's were there (i think that's what College kids are called🤷🏼‍♀️) they explained to us how we could share a room with a boy it's very unusual though so I guess I don't need to worry about that.
Now we need to go to the lobby and wait in the longest line I have ever seen "ughhh" I think to my self as I get in to the end of the line.
I'm finally in the beginning of the line and I get my card and keys and I look at the card and it says no roommate so I guess that's good,right?
I go back outside to my mom "what took you so long" my mom says "I had to wait in this long line and just ugh" i say back "oh ok,well let's get all of your things in your dorm room,who is your roommate anyways?" "Uh no one" no seriously who is it" "no mom it's no one" I say and laugh "ohhhh" she laughs back.
After we're done putting all of my boxes in my room I walk my mom out "I love you mom" I say as a tear up "honey don't cry you know you can always call me baby" she says as I see tears in her eyes "mom I don't know if I can do this" "baby yes you can I believe in you your gonna make it through this" she says as tears are coming down her face she knows I'm sensitive so I start crying "baby i have to go I have a long way ahead of me" she pulls me in for a hug "i love you" she says "I love you too mom" "bye" she says as she walks way.
When I get back to my room I unpack everything I set up my bed and put up all the things that go on my wall after I'm done unpacking everything it's around 9:00 and this is what my room looks like

I sit down and just go on my phone and go on Instagram and just scroll through it not really doing anything when I heard keys jiggling out side the door and then the door opens and I can't believe what I see
