March 3rd 2014 was the day it all began, it was my cousin Joe's wedding. I got all dressed up and ready to go, my brother took a little longer though since he was one of the groomsmen. We got to the venue, and I'm not going to lie, it was beautiful. The actual wedding was great as well but I was honestly here to meet some new people. At the reception I sat down with my cousins. We talk and stuff, I guess we were having a pretty good time but there still weren't many new faces to recognize, it's like I already new everyone there. My cousins new brother in law, Drew, came up to us and asked if we wanted to go hangout in this area called the "man cave" I said okay to his invitation and we went down to go check it out. To be honest it was hard to describe, all I can really say is that It looked like any typical man cave, Pool table, tv, etc. Drew left for a little bit but me and my cousin just kept taking turns at pool.
Drew came back a few minutes later with a girl. Not just any ordinary girl though, this girl was stunning and so beautiful. I was just frozen where I was, I couldn't even blink. "Hey Jason, this is Julia, our parents are close friends but she doesn't really know anyone so I brought her here." she looked at him and said "Shut up, I know people, I just don't want to talk to them because I don't feel like it." I laughed a little to myself but I tried not to look directly at her, but I needed to find a way to talk to her. "Hey Julia, you wanna play some pool?" There, I started a conversation with her... sort of. "Um I don't really know how to play." she said as she set her bag on the table and walked over. "Don't worry, it's pretty easy once you understand it." I continued to explain to her the rules of the game and she picked up a pole.
