After the events of the field trip, Ozpin and his inner circle confirmed their suspicions, the attack on the Bullhead was planned. The Grimm Lure was long banned and was and never used by any of the four kingdoms until now and it worried them

"Bullshit! There is absolutely no way the maniacs at the White Fang is capable of creating that powerful of a lure!"

Exclaimed the proud General and Headmaster of Atlas Academy, General James Ironwood, the same man who saved (Y/n)'s life, through the Screen of Ozpin's office

"Now that you mentioned it, it is supposed to be impossible, keywords "supposed" only me and Bartholomew are the ones who knew the basics to create one, and still, it won't come out as effective as the one we found even with the finest technology"

Explained Morgan, one of the history-savvy among the teachers along with Bartholomew Oobleck

"I agree with Morgan, it's highly unlikely an organization of faunus with no proper scientists to be able to create such a powerful tool to attract Grimm"

Oobleck agreed with his partner, slowly sipping on "Antiquity's Roast"

"Then who do you suppose is responsible?" Ozpin, the ringleader of them all asked, with a calm and reserved expression

"I think it may be "them"" Morgan narrowed his eyes at the mention of the servants of the person they were up against. His face was rough and quite dirty from the sleepless nights of investigation, his suit rough and crumpled, and his prized shotgun "The Margrave" still slung on his back

"perhaps, afterall, they have the aid of "her" to construct the device" James Ironwood realized. James was well-respected due to his strength and strong will, but his weak point was his lack of subtly, as noted by Glynda

"If that is indeed the case, we must prepare ourselves to face more incidents such as these. Inspect every delivery for these devices and destroy them instantly, we must not let even one get to Beacon or we will be overrun by Grimm"

Ozpin said, not wanting his innocent students to be caught in the crossfire between him and Salem in the first place, but it has to be done, they must train themselves to fight her and her allies for the protection of Remnant

"We will search every nook and cranny for people producing them and we will bring them to justice, we must not even allow a single one, inside of Vale or we will find ourselves in deep trouble"

Ozpin said, his hands together in a thinking position as all of his allies nodded in agreement

"I will send undercover soldiers all around the Kingdoms to look for leads"

Ironwood said, with a stern and serious expression as Ozpin nodded at him

"There are a couple of people in the city who owe me some favors, I might gather a few information from them"

Morgan Yu said, pulling out his scroll, opening a familiar picture of Vale's resident bartender, Junior

"I could work alongside Peach to find a way to neutralize these lures, it might take a while, but it might help us in the long run"
