Chapter 2: Kody?

Kody's P.O.V.

I woke up early. I knew it was early because the room was still dark. I leaned over to turn in the light.

When the light flickered on, it took a minute for my eyes to focus. I looked around the room. 'Oh yeah, I'm not at home, or at Sera's.'
I looked at the floor to see Lumine asleep. I decide to go back to sleep so I don't wake him up.

Lumine's P.O.V.

I woke up on the floor of Kody's room. Remembering why I was here. I got up to see how Kody was doing. When I looked over to the bed, the covers were moved and there was no Kody.

I quickly started to panic. I ran into the living room. I looked over to the couch, and say Kody on his phone.

"K...Kody..."

"Oh it's you, Lumine."

I smiled and ran up to him. "Oh Kody, I an so happy to see you. I've missed you!..." I kept
screaming until tears flooded my eyes.

Kody's P.O.V.

When I saw Lumine, I felt happy. When he started to cry, a tear shed from my eye.

"I'm fine..." I finally said. Then the lone tear turned into a flood. I hugged Lumine. "T...thank you." Lumine wiped his face with his hands and hugged me back.

"That's what friends are for." He kindly said.

I don't know what happened next. But I pressed my cheek up to his.

Lumine's P.O.V.

I felt something on my cheek. I looked and it turned out to be Kody. He then moved away. He then started to move closer to me. 'W..what's h-he doing?'

When he started moving even closer, I started to know what was happening. I moved closer to him as I slowly made contact with his lips.

We stayed like that for a moment until he broke the kiss. He looked at me.
"I...l-love you..." he finally stated.

I had to think for a moment about what just happened. I then looked straight at him.
"I l-love you to."
I then kept onto him, engulfing him in a hug. He seemed to like it because he hugged back. We stayed like that for the rest of the morning.
