Chapter 10: the wedding

I was waiting in emma's car waiting for my time, i was a nervous wreck.

What would i say to him,i didn't even think of that...

I'm so stupid i can punch myself right now.

Then suddenly words came flying in my head

I quickly wrote then down on a paper when i got a notification on my phone.

The wedding would be life for our whole city to watch, i know its really weird but catherine wanted that

I saw Tom looking at the time and he looked if he saw someone in a seat

Was he looking for me?

I didn't know,but then i heard the wedding theme being played and the camera turned to the door

They then zoomed in on Tom's face but he didn't look happy, he looked worried.

Tom's pov:
I was still waiting for y/n where the hell was she, maybe she got in a accident but it was to late for me to go up to emma to ask.

I looked at the time and realised that it was almost time for the ceremony

I couldn't stop looking at the door and thinking

Where the hell are you y/n

Y/n's pov

Catherine walked in with a beautifull long silky white dress,it looked like it cost a million dollars

I was happy when i finally saw tom smile and catherine smiled even brighter
I then finally realised

Fuck why am i going to ruin this?

Tom grabbed catherine her hands and they couldn't stop smiling

they then started with their vows and after that it was my time to shine

Catherine started her vows first

"Tom, from the moment i saw you i immediatly fell for you,I promise to love you in good times and in bad, when life seems easy and when it seems hard, when our love is simple, and when it is an effort. I promise to cherish you, and to always hold you in highest regard. These things I give to you today, and all the days of our life.”

Tom started crying and i couldn't help but let a tear fall to

Then tom started his vows

“Catherine, from this day forward I promise to be worth it. Worth the time. Worth the trip. Worth the energy. Worth the embarrassment. Worth your love. I promise that you will always count. You will always come first, and of course, if you don’t for whatever reason, I will buy you some shoes. From the moment you entered my world, you have filled it with life, colour and energy like never before … like kool-aid in a mud puddle … or a cupcake in a salad … or a rose garden in a junk yard. You are my rose,Catherin, and I promise to devote my life to being your dirt.”

Even tho his vows were funny,they were beautifull in their own way.

You saw catherine crying and wiping her eyes

Then it was almost my moment

A little boy who i have never seen before walked in with 2 rings, they gave eachother  their ring and then it was my moment

I got out of the car
it felt like slow-motion
like i was in a movie

I couldn't breathe as i walked to the church.

Toms pov:

The vows finished and we put our rings on our finger then the priest said

"If there is a objection against this marriage, step up or keep quite forever"

I looked in Catherine's eyes and smiled and then i heard

"I object"

I turned my head and i couldn't believe who i saw

It was y/n!

Y/n's pov

"I object"

Everyone's head turned to me i saw emma smiling at me from the crowd and both tom and catherine looked confused

"I object because.....i'm so sorry tom and catherine but i just need to say it..I'm in love with you tom, and i have been for a while, i didnt say anything because you guys look so happy and im so happy for you guys and i didnt want to ruin it, even if i am  ruining it right now,i feel so bad because catherine i love you so much you feel like a sister to me and tom i really have feelings for you the first moment i met you, in the bar i didnt even realise who you were at first and i dont remember much about that night but i do remember getting lost in your eyes and do you remember all the movie and pizza nights we had, watching harry potter and you saying your lines and me being impressed that u still knew them or the pool party you threw at your house when i pushed u into the pool and u pulled me in with you and of course i cant forget the time we baked a cake together for emma's birthday and we fucked up so bad, i just wanted to say this all to you because i love you tom and it hurts me to see you marry someone else and i understand if u dont wanna be my friend anymore but i couldnt keep this secret from you any longer"

I let out a large breathe as i finished, it was silent in the whole church and tom couldn't look me in the eye

I knew what it meant

He didn't love me

I did as emma told me to

I turned around and walked to the door
I felt so embarrased

I just ran out of the church

When i was outside i broke down crying

My make-up was smudged and my vision was blurry

And then i suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder

I couldn't believe who it was
