Chapter 15: Not just catching Up

The smell or bacon snuck out of the kitchen and made its way to my noise. My eyes snap open from the delicious smell replanting the house. "Morning sunshine." Matt sang from the door way into the kitchen. "Morning, why are you so happy?" I grumbled making my way to the fridge. "I woke to the most beautiful girl on my lap. How can I not be happy?" Matt said while wrapping his arms around my waist me so my back is against his chess.

Matt started to kiss up my neck. I spun in his arms to force him to kiss my lips, but he didn't. He continued to kiss my neck making his up my chin. "Matt." I whinnied. "Impatient are we." Matt said chuckling. He finally made his way to my lips. Instantly I kissed back or lips moving in sync. He picked me up sitting me on the counter. I wrapped my legs around his waist.

"Morn... What's going on?" Tyler said walking into the kitchen. We pulled apart and Matt turned bright red. In hysterical laughter I jumped off the counter and took the bacon off the stove. "Are you going to answer me?" Tyler huffed. As he said it though Jessica sleepily walks into the kitchen."Sure, I was kissing my boyfriend. Why, did Jessica sleep here?" "It was late, and she fell asleep in the car, so I called her parents and she stayed in your room. Why does it Matter?" "If you’re going to question my motives I'm going to question yours." I snapped back.

"I wasn't questioning your motives. I just don't like walking into my kitchen and see my best friend making out with a girl." "A girl! That's all I am to you!" "No, I meant my sister." Tyler said with an apologetic face. "Whatever." I grumbled putting bacon and eggs on my plate. "Beautiful, he didn't mean it. Let’s not have it ruin your day, you have way to much shit going on to be mad." Matt said standing behind me with his arms on my chess. "Ok, I won't." "Good." He said kissing my cheek.

"So, Matt why are you here?" Tyler asked while stuffing his face. "There was an emergency and Rose called me around midnight. So I just stayed here after." "What happen?" "He visited me in my sleep." I said starring at my food. "What? Did you call the cops?" He asked horrified. "Yes, don't worry. They are informed." Matt said. Walking to the sink I said, "Matt, I'm going to go change and then I want to go to the station to celebrate Dales birthday. Are you coming?" "Sure, Ty can I barrow a shirt?" "Yup, you know the drawer." With that Matt left the room.

"You love him, don't you?" Tyler asked as I was staring at the door. "You have no idea." I whispered and walked out of the room.

"Come in." Dale called from his office. "Happy birthday!" I yelled walking in. "How did you remember?" "Today was the day 11 years ago that you saved me." I said hugging him. "Yes, you were my birthday present." "Not a good one, but one I guess." "No, defiantly a good one." He said walking back to my desk. "Sit, we didn't get to talk yesterday." Matt and I made our ways to the chairs. "Calvin, close the door please." Caption dale yelled to the man from Luke's accident. "Hah you took my advice and visited him." He said while closing the door. I just nodded.

"So tell me about your life." Dale said leaning back. "Well, I'm a caption of the high school team, and coach is trying to get me to a college team." "A caption, wow, I remember passing the ball with you when I went to visit you and Lilly at the orphanage." "Yeah, do you remember when you threw the ball through the chicken coop window?" "Yeah, I visited you guys a lot. You know I ended up adopting Lilly." "Really?"

"Yeah, after we found your mom. I continued to visit her every other day. And two months later, I had a stable job and a stable girl friend, who's know my wife, so we adopted her." "She never mentioned that. You have a family know, wow, I can only picture you as the twenty five year old." "Well I'm not any more. Know I'm thirty six, with a beautiful wife and three daughters." "How old?" "Caitlyn is 5 and Jennifer is 9. Then of course Lilly is 18." Dale and I continued to ketch up while Matt just sat their absorbing it all in. After an hour of talking Caption Dale finally said, "You guys should come over for dinner tonight. Kim is cooking a special birthday dinner and Lilly's bring her new boyfriend." "Oh, your meeting Ben. Sure I’ll go. Do you want to come?" I asked Matt. "I can't I'm getting my cast off tonight." He said.

"Ok, well Rose I’ll see you tonight." Dale said standing up and hugging me. "See you tonight." I said walking out of the office. "Get the caption we found him." One of the men screamed. "What happen?" The caption asked walking out of the office. "We found him, we found Roslyn's father."

Note: Wow this is a short chapter. See I've finshed wrighting to story already, so I didn't really relize how short that this chapter was. I hope you enjoy it. I'm thinking that maybe, I'll post the whole stroy. I don't have alot of readers, but it's better then none and some people only read completed storys. Please tell me what you think.
