Chapter 22

"I mean, wasn't obvious?" Levy asked.

"You knew?" I asked.

"Yeah, you just never saw it, but we did" She shrugged.

"So you're telling me you already knew that he liked me?"

"I just said that" she plopped onto the couch and turned on the tv "I'm happy for you, but please be careful I don't want another temper tantrum"

"Oh shut up"

"You were drunk for a week, if I were you I would want to clean up your room, and talk to your boss, and professors" Gray said joint her on the couch. 

"Leave me alone" I huffed walking to my room.

"Don't you need me to drive you around?" Levy asked.

"I hate you" I called out as she laughed at me. I opened the door and was disgusted, I really didn't think it was that bad. "We should just get a maid" I said slamming the door and running to the living room.

"We can't afford that" Levy said watching me as I sat with them.

"Her boyfriend can" Gray said poking my arm.

"Shut up" I nudged him. The three of us sat in a comfortable silence watching some stupid reality show I don't know the name of. "I missed this" I smiled looking between my two friends.

"Maybe you're a little too happy Luce, I know I said I missed it but I didn't think it would be like this" Gray chuckled standing up. "I'm going to go back to my dorm it's late"

"Aw okay" I sighed standing up and hugging him "Thank you" I whispered before letting him go.

"It was good seeing you man" Levy smiled repeating my actions. He gave one final wave before walking out the door and leaving. 

"I was serious about that maid, I'm going to sleep out here tonight" I said to Levy before sitting back on the couch.

"You can pay for it" Levy said before turning and walking out the living room and to her room.

I grabbed a pillow and a blanket from the closet and set up my bed on the couch, the last thing I saw was the tv flash "LUCY HEARTFILLIA WITH MYSTERY GUY, FRIEND OR DATE? CONTINUE WATCHING TO FIND OUT" I instantly perked up at that, it wasn't the regular news it was one of those drama channels that focused on celebrities and gossip. "Spotted in the park was Lucy Heartfillia and a mystery guy holding hands talking.After a week of isolation and nothing about Lucy she's seen with someone other than her beau. Onlookers say they were flirting with each other and were on a date. If that's true than that means she's cheating on Natsu Dragneel. which I don't understand, the guy she was with was handsome but Natsu is so dreamy I don't think anyone would pass on him" disgusting even the thought of cheating on him makes me sick, thinking back to what Gray and I did makes me sick. It was a mistake that should've never happened and I almost lost my best friend because of it. I clicked the tv off and went to sleep in silence. 

"Wake up girlie" a voice said in front  of me. I opened my eyes and met blue ones, I searched their face until I recognized who it was. 

"How did you get in here" I yelped jumping from my spot on my makeshift bed.

"Levy let me in" she stood up from her crouched position and sat near my feet. 

"Why" I let out my brain scrambled searching for words.

"I know I said we would go on vacay during your spring break but I extended the trip so we can go now. You need some time and a vacation" she smiled.

"Lis wait, what's happening?" I asked rubbing my face.

"You, me, Levy, go on beach trip today" she said "I checked your schedule and spring break is literally next week so why not get a head start" 

"What time is it?"

"I'll tell you after we finish packing your bag." she pulled me off the couch and dragged me to my room before pushing open the door to revel Levy frantically running back and forth dodging the maid that was cleaning around her. 

"When did he get here? Also how is it so clean already" I asked looking around my room.

"He came with me, he's the only one I let clean my apartment very efficient, and fun to look at" she smiled wide when she said the last part. 

I shook my head and walked over to Levy looking at what she packed for me. "This is barely going to cover anything" I said lifting up a piece of fabric from the suitcase. 

"Good, we're having fun. Three beautiful girls hanging out on a private resort it's okay" Lis said taking the bikini top out of my hand. "Cmon, go take a shower, get clean and get dressed so we can go." she pushed me around my room collecting various items so I can get ready.

"You know this is crazy" I said before she tossed me into the bathroom I quickly showered and washed my hair, then I threw on whatever Lis picked out for me. It was a light pink thonged slingshot monokini "There's no way in hell I am going to wear this" I yelled at the bathroom door hoping that they could hear me. "It's not even from my closet"

"That's cause I bought it on the way here. Fine you can wear this" Lis sighed passing me the new pieces of fabric. 

"Thank you" I sighed looking at the new bathing suit. It was white with a single hibiscus flower on the left triangle of fabric and the bottoms had a matching flower on the opposite side. I put this suit on and then slid on a pair of jean short shorts and a red and pink tank top. I combed out my hair and did light makeup before walking out. 

"Perfect now we can go" Levy squealed throwing tote bags over her shoulder and grabbing her suitcase. She had on a red and white striped two piece on with her signature yellow headband, on top of that she had a white skirt and a red tank top with white straps. 

"I'll call someone to carry that to the limo" Lis laughed lightly. She had o periwinkle two piece on. The top and a large bow in the middle that you could see from underneath her coverup. We all wore similar shoes and had at least one tote bag. "Ready Lu?"

"Ready" I nodded as someone walked past me to my room and came out with my suitcase.

"Well then let's go" they brought down Levy's and my suitcases and left us in an empty foyer holding our tote bags. Lis's maid left while I was in the shower so I just did a last check around the house to make sure everything was off and I had everything I needed. We ran down the stairs  not waiting for the elevator. We ran into the limo as soon as we left the building. "To the airport" Lis announced once the doors were closed.
