All my life I was made fun of because my family's familiars were crows. So it was believed that I would also get a crow as a familiar. At the age of 13, I summoned my familiar, but it wasn't black, it didn't have feathers. In fact, it had scales and was a jade blue color, it could fly but it didn't have wings. My familiar was a dragon. Everyone stopped talking to me, no one wanted to become my 'next victim.' My dragon Itsuki had always encouraged me and told me I was strong because I was different. As I got older I had grown accustomed to the loneliness. I went to the military once I graduated college. It was all fun and teasing, nothing series until one day. WWIX has arrived, Itsuki was a little dragon that was about 5 inches. But once I was to go to the field, Itsuki had grown into a 'regular' sized dragon. He was still bigger than the myths about it. But once people saw him they ran screaming "The legend!" "It's true!" "Everyone run for your lives!"
I never understood what they said, until my superior came and talked to me. He asked me about Itsuki and about my family. Finally, he told me what the other soldiers meant. "Miss. White do you know the story of the Blue Dragon?" Of course not, all I wanted is for my superior to tell me the story. After telling him no, he sat me down and started to tell me the story. "Long ago, before familiars were common. It was written that during a war time. An owner of a Blue Dragon would rise to power. The owner's origins would be of a weak familiar. But their will is strong. Once the dragon has come to its full size during the war. In order for it to be tamed another dragon is known to rise, a red one. The owners will fall in love, and so would the familiars. But in the end one owner would be sacrificed and their dragon will stay with the other as their familiar shall be sacrificed in order to save their owner. You Miss. White are the owner of the Blue Dragon. No one knows who the Red Dragon is."
I didn't believe it, but little did I know, the Red Dragon heard it all. The Red Dragon was on the other side of the war. His goal, kill the Blue Dragons owner. But he never heard the story before. The mission was unsuccessful. Both sides lost hope as both dragons and their owners disappeared.
