Oh my god dude why are you so obsessed with her?" you hear coming from behind you as you sit on the couch.
You turn behind you to see your brother Austin, walking around the couch to you.
"I'm not" you say "You're always watching her tiktoks and stalking her instagram" your brother says back to you.
You just roll your eyes and get up and start walking away.
"She would never go for a guy like you" your brother yells out.
That made you wonder for a second that if you and Jewel ever met, If she would be into you.
I mean you're a 6'0 fair skinned and dark haired 17 year old boy. You're pretty average compared to someone as beautiful as her.
You brush it off and go into your room to bed.
-The next day-
You wake up pretty late in the morning after a night of chopping sleep, You check your phone and see a missed call from your best friend Alex, so you decide to call him back.
"Hey man what's up" you say when he answers the phone. "Yo I was wondering if you wanted to go to the mall today, I gotta get a new board" he says back. You weren't really in the mood to go to the mood to go out shopping today but you figured since you had nothing else to do you would just go. Plus, Alex is your best friend. "Sure man I'll go with you" you say. "Alright cool i'll be over in 20 minutes" he says back and then hangs up.
You get up, Eat breakfast and then go take a shower and brush your teeth. You go into your room and put on a pair of blue jeans and a white t-shirt and your black and white vans you always wear and go out to your living room to wait for Alex.
You get a text from him that says "Here" and you walk outside and get in his car.
"I hope they have the board I want at the skate shop, They don't have it online anymore" Alex says. "Yeah hopefully" you say kinda distracted "You good bro?" Alex responds back. "Yeah I'm just tired" you say. "Oh, ok" Alex says.
The car ride to the mall is only 10 minutes long but it felt so much longer. You felt so distracted and lost in your thoughts. All you could think about was Jewel. You thought about her long beautiful curly hair and her big brown eyes. You thought about her big smile and little laugh. Finally, You guys reach the mall.
You both get out of the car and go inside. Alex leaves you and goes to the skate shop he kept talking about and you just wander around the mall not really having any interest in buying anything. You decide to sit down on one of the benches they have placed in the middle of the mall and go on your phone and just wait for Alex to get done. After a few minutes of sitting there you hear a voice that sounds really familiar.
"Listen just leave me alone okay? We were never a thing and will never be a thing"
You look up and about jump out of your seat. It's her, it's Jewel. The girl everyone says you 'simp" over. The girl you see on tiktok. It's her.
She's on the phone and is walking near you. You feel your heart begun to race and you try to keep your cool.
"Stop calling and texting me Tyler. I don't want you anymore" she says as she comes and sits next to you on the bench.
She was wearing a black little skater girl skirt and black knee high socks with a tight red crop top that says "babe" . Her hair was down and her curls perfectly curled and fell upon her shoulders, She wasnt wearing a lot of makeup (like normal) except pretty winged eyeliner and some red lipgloss.
"Just, Stop" Jewel says and then hangs up on whoever she was on the phone with.
She looks over at you and says "Oh fuck, I'm so sorry you had to hear that. That's really embarrassing"
You are still in shock to see her and kinda choke on your words and respond back with "O-Oh no you're fine! Are you okay"
She smiles.
"Yeah i'm fine, Just was dealing with a stupid boy" she says as she chuckles.
"Boyfriend" you say
"No not even that. We kinda talked for a little bit but never were really anything" she says back.
"Ohh ok. Sorry for being nosey" you say.
"No no you're fine! Thankyou for being so sweet" she responds back.
"No problem" you say still in disbelief you're sitting next to her.
"Well i'm Jewel" she says
"Not trying to sound weird but I kinda know who you are. I've seen you on tiktok before" you say back trying to not sound like an idiot.
"Oh for real?" she's says back laughing.
You just smile and nod
"What's your name?" she asks you.
"Y/N" you say back.
"Nice to meet you Y/N" she puts her hand out and you guys bake hands.
You cant help but smile at how small her hand is in yours. She's so cute.
Then a thought crosses your mind. You know that now is your only chance...
"Hey, um would it be cool if I could get your snap chat or something?" you ask her nervously, barely able to make eye contact with her.
She smiles and tilts her head a little bit and says
"How about I give you my number instead?"
Woah, You really didn't expect that response.
"Oh yeah of course" you say back.
You hand her your phone and she puts her number in. She hands it back while looking at you smiling.
"Text me Y/N" she says and then gets up and walks away.
You are still in so much shock. Jewel, The tiktok girl you have dreamt about for months now. Gave you her number.
You look down at your phone and see she put her contact name as "Jewel 🖤"
Wow, she put and heart and everything.
Moments later Alex walks over to you with his new skateboard in his hands.
"Bro look" you say to him showing him Jewels contact in your phone.
"How? Wait what" he says back
You explain everything to him that just happened.
"Bruh that's fucking insane. Are you gonna text her?" he says back
"Of course I am. Are you crazy?"
Alex laughs and you two walk out of the mall and he drives you home.
When you get home you go into your room, kick off your shoes and lay in your bed.
You wonder when the right time was to text Jewel, You didn't wanna come off as too "desperate" or anything. But, You finally get over your thoughts and text her.
"Hey, It's y/n haha" you text her, a few minutes later she responds back with.
"hey :)"
She's so cute.
You: "Soo what's up? :)"
Jewel: "nothing much, just laying in my bed. you?"
You: "Same here. I'm so bored"
Jewel: "me too. are you doing anything tonight?"
You: "No, Probably gonna play minecraft or something and then go to bed lol hbu?"
Jewel: "nothing here"
You: "Aww that sucks I'm sorry"
Jewel: "hey you know what?"
You: "What?"
Jewel: "since we are both free tonight and are really bored. you should come over"
You read that text and your stomach DROPS.
You: "I mean I would love to"
Jewel: "great :) here's my address.."
She sends her address and you put it in the maps app on your phone. She only lives like a half an hour away from you.
You: "Ok dope. See you soon!"
Jewel: "can't wait ;)"
Your mind is racing trying to figure out what is going on. First you meet your favorite tiktoker in the mall and she gives you her number, Second she texts you asking for you to come over and even puts a winky face at the end of it..
You get on your shoes and grab your keys and go out to your car. You sit there for a second trying to figure out what's about to happen. Are you going over her house just to hang out or is something else about to happen? Then you get a text from her..
Jewel: "my front door is unlocked just let yourself in, i'll be in my room"
Your heart is racing. Well, here goes nothing.
