Chapter One
-Liam Payne-
He was perfect. Absolutely perfect.
His blonde hair which had artfully, yet messily been styled.
His beautiful crystal blue eyes.
His soft looking pink lips that I wanted so badly to kis-
"Payne!!!" The teacher, Mr Donsal, yelled at me, snapping me out of my trance.
"Y-yes?" I stuttered.
"Pay attention!! While you seem to be in Wonderland, I have a class going on, in case you haven't noticed!" He snapped.
"Sorry sir." I whispered.
But instead of looking at the board, I looked back at the god sitting only one seat up and to left away from me.
Niall Horan.
He was the most beautiful thing in the school, but the most bullied and troubled as well.
He was mute. Other than the occasional whispered answer to a question, he was silent. He had four friends only. Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Emily Hirin. He whispered to them too.
He didn't speak to anyone else. He was terrified of everyone else. It broke my heart.
But why was he bullied? Because he was gay. And everyone knew it.
As you may of figured, I'm homosexual too. But no one knows. Don't get me wrong, girls are cool, but I think I have a stronger pull towards guys. But Niall is the only boy I will ever have such an attraction to. I don't like him. I love him.
As clichè as that may sound, it's true.
"Mr Payne. Mr Payne!!" An annoyed voice yelled.
Mr Donsal.
"Huh?"
"Liam, class is over." He said, looking at me weirdly.
"Oh- I uh yeah! O-of course sir! Sorry Mr Donsal."
"Liam, are you feeling alright? You aren't usually so off into space..." Mr Donsal said.
"Actually I always am. You just don't notice." I think to myself.
"Yeah, I'm fine! Just a bit tired today. Went to bed late." I lie.
"Okay Liam. Thank you. You're free to go." Mr Donsal says, waving me off.
I grab my binder and head out into the deserted hallway.
It's lunch time.
I grab some change from my bag and head downstairs to the cafeteria.
As I'm walking I bump into none other than Emily Hirin, Niall's best girl friend. Like friends that's a girl. 'Cause he's gay. Anyway! She looked at me with alarmed eyes, apologizing.
"I'm sorry!" She said.
"It's okay! Don't worry about it!" I said.
"Awh, you're so nice!" She said, hitting my arm lightly.
I smiled at her. I liked this girl.
"You're Liam Payne, right?"
Before I could answer, she spoke again.
"You are! I'm in your history class. You know, the one we were just in? You were being a bit airheaded..." She laughed. "But yeah, I know you! Especially because Ni-" She clapped her hands over her mouth. "Shit." She mumbled.
