Most of the time we prefer those from the same sex. But at times, we may have friends from the opposite sex.
We may have lots of friends...
But there is only one person that would come first in your mind when you say... "best friend".
It can be your mom or your dad?
Or possibly your siblings?

Like a classmate or a schoolmate?

But what does it really take for a person to be considered as your "best friend"?
