Getting a ripped body is a lot simpler than you might think. All it really comes down to is making sure you follow a good total body exercise routine and eating healthy. The problem is we don't always do this.

Our whole body is tied together so the problem comes when you want to develop a certain muscle group without developing the rest. If you want to get ripped arms but are neglecting your back or chest then you wont develop properly and it will take much longer for you to gain muscle there if at all.

The good news is once you start exercising all parts of your body it's almost like everything goes into overdrive. You get stronger faster, you put more muscle on quicker, and you will feel and look sexier than you have before.

Eating properly has a huge impact as well. If you eat plenty of protein but not enough carbs, fats, or sugars you will suffer with a lack of energy and slow recovery times. You need to maintain a healthy eating plan (diet sounds like your removing something which you are not doing).

Lastly you need to maintain a healthy cardio routine. Make sure you are pushing yourself hard and not chickening out for an easier routine. Jogging instead of running, or biking slowly instead of quickly. Lowering resistance halfway through a routine is another one you want to avoid. You wont get that body by taking shortcuts so grit your teeth and bear it.

Keep in mind it is only for a short while and the rewards will far outweigh the pains you go through now. Once everything is said and done it will be a lot easier for you to get there again as well.
