"Mixed signals are no signals," Demesne says.
"What are you talking about?" Jessamine asks.
Jessamine: "If someone can't make up their mind, then you make it up for them."
Demesne: "How can you make somebody go along with that?"
Jessamine: "You don't have to deal with them."
Demesne: "What if you see them every day?"
Jessamine: "They had everyday to make up their mind and they didn't."
Demesne: "How do you walk away when the other person is still standing there?"
Jessamine: "You take a deep breath and you move on."
Demesne: "What if they want to talk to you?"
Jessamine: "Don't talk back."
Demesne: "What if they threaten themselves or you?"
Jessamine: "They need help then. You can't give in, because you don't have what they need."
Demesne: "My ex was like that. He went through with it. He died for and because of me."
(Team Coup, study)
"Have you ever had a stalker?" Chanel asks.
"No, but my best friend did," Pixie says.
Chanel: "I had one. He would stuff love letters in my locker."
Pixie: "Did you know who it was?"
Pixie: "He never signed his name."
Chanel: "Didn't he want you to know who he was?"
Pixie: "I think that he wanted me to find him."
Chanel: "How could you find him without his information?"
Pixie: "You'll have to ask him. Whoever he is."
Chanel: "What did the letters says?"
Pixie: "That he was in love with me and would wait for me."
Chanel: "That's all?"
Pixie: I just summarized it. He also talked about what he wanted to do to me."
Chanel: "Yuck, my best friend knew who her stalker was."
Pixie: "Who was it?"
Chanel: "He was popular and would deny doing it."
Pixie: "How did she find out that it was him?"
Chanel: "He got her number."
Pixie: "Why didn't she block him?"
Chanel: "She ignored him. She didn't know what he would do to her if she did that."
Pixie: "How did it end?"
Chanel: "She told on him and he ran away. He was found and she pressed charges. He eventually stopped."
Pixie: "I wish that I knew who he was."
