The long standing creek running down towards a lone distant village, from the plains beyond the Gjor Mountains, reeks of dead fish and green wasted water. The pass towards Elcadia, being the only paved road in the vicinity, cuts directly through the land and on an uphill stretch to pass over the rocky mountain.
Elcadia's reputation having been tarnished by years of stories of danger and violence stemming from the village itself drives away any potential for growth or even visitors.
Fear in the citizens of Elcadia comes from deep seeded dictatorship, families of heritages to the founding times control masses with violence and threats of murder.
