OK, that's where you moved to, the circled house. Sorry if your confused it says Lizzie, but I also used this for a different book of mine.

And also, if you don't know already, here are some keywords you have to know.

(Y/N) means your name
(L/N) means last name
(H/L) means hair length
(H/C) means hair color
(E/C) means eye color
(F/C) means favorite color
(O/F/C) means other favorite color

Today is the worst day ever. Well, in your opinion.

You had just moved from your awesome house in New York, to a-well, you didn't know what your new house looked like yet. Your mom wanted it to be a surprise.

You were currently driving to your new house, in a van your mom bought at the airport. (can you even do that? Probably not.)

You had just made a stop In front of a small cafe. You read the sign, and saw it was the Lucky Cat Cafe your mom was rambling on and on about.

"Why are we at a cafe?" Your older brother Jake asked.

"Don't you remember? I was telling you guys earlier that my old best friend from school goes here!" Your mom squealed with delight.

"Mom, calm down." You say. Then you mumble, "it's not good for old people to be that hyper."

"I heard that." Your mom scowls. Then, her face lightens up again as a woman walked out of the cafe, along with two boys.

"Emily!" The lady hugs your mom.

"Cass!" Your mom and the lady 'Cass' jump up and down, and you face-palm.

"Oh, boys, this is my old friend Emily and her kids. Emily, this is Tadashi and Hiro. My nephews." Cass points to the boys, who look as confused as us.

"OK, well, (Y/N), you and your brother should go pick out your rooms."

As soon as you heard the word 'pick', you ran to the house next door, which your mom Saud was your 'awesomely cool new house'. You heard your mom and Cass say something, but you were focused on getting the better room.

You ran into the house, and looked for the rooms.

The whole first floor was a kitchen, living room, and dining room.

The first two rooms were on the second floor. One of them was a decent size, but you weren't satisfied with it. It had (O/F/C) walls, and a white carpet.

The second room was a little bit bigger than the first, but it was so...bleh. It was a (L/F/C) all around, with a wooden floor, which you didn't really want.

You heard your brother coming up the stairs, and ran to the last floor.

It was a full room, which was perfect. It had (F/C) walls, and a nice black carpet.

"Call it!" You screamed, loud enough for your brother to hear.

"What?! So I have to get one of those rooms? Why do you get the biggest room?" He glared, and you smirked.

Someone cleared their throat, making you turn you head to look behind Jake, and see the boys from earlier.

"Sup?" You say casually. The older one chuckled, and the other one just stares at you. "Well, I'm gonna go get my bags."

"I already have mine." Jake shoves his bag in your face, and you push it away. You go to walk downstairs, but grabbed Jake's shirt.

"If you try to take this room, I'll throw all your stuff out the window." You say. Jake rolls his eyes, and ruffles your hair.

"Ugh, older siblings." You mumble.

"Tell me about it." the younger kid rolls his eyes.

"Hiro, why don't you help (Y/N) with her stuff?" The older guy asked.

The younger one, Hiro, nodded and went downstairs. You followed, an unsettling silence erupting.

"I'm Hiro, by the way." Hiro says, once you guys get outside.

"(Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N)." You shake his hand, then grab a couple of your boxes.

Hiro does the same, and you both carry them up the stairs.

-time skip the box moving-

After you got all your boxes up the stairs, you had already became friends with Hiro.

You guys talked, laughed, and you even snorted. You got nervous at first, thinking he would think your weird, but he just grinned a toothy grin, exposing a gap in his teeth.

"No way." You say. Hiro nods. "I'm going to try to get in there!"

"Oh, well, it's not that hard, it only takes a good invention, a good attitude, and good looks."

You both laughed at his joke, and you look around your room. "Well, I already made my invention."

"What is it?" Hiro asked.

"You'll have to wait and see." You teased.

Hiro pouted, but then smiled. "Hey, look out your window."

You did as told, and saw a messy room, along with some stairs in between the windows. "It's just another room."

When you heard nothing behind you, you turned around. Hiro was gone. "Hiro?"

"Hey!" You heard Hiro. You turned and looked out the window. There, you saw Hiro in the room.

"Is that your room?" You asked. He nodded. "Sweet. But its really messy."

"Yeah, I'm not really into cleaning..." Hiro muttered, loud enough for you to hear.

You chuckled, then looked at the ground below, seperating the two windows. You heard Hiro call your name, and you looked up.

"Hiro, I have an amazing idea. You said you could build, right?"

Hiro nodded, confused of what you were thinking.

You smirked, mentally starting the plan in your head. "Well, then we have some work to do..."

Bonus Part:

Tadashi and Jake watch as Hiro and (Y/N) talk to each other and unpack stuff.

"Bet you 20 bucks they end up dating." Tadashi says once they go back downstairs.

Jake thinks for a secod, then smirks. "Your on!"
