The hell train was heading towards their next destination, the floor of death. The ride towards it was dark and somewhat cold, filling the hearts of everyone with uneasy feelings. It wasn't a floor for alive people afterall. But Bam was a bit of a different case. His uneasiness was also there, but it was mixed in with a desire. Desire to go to that floor, desire to go back. Back to where, he didn't exactly know, but his blood was boiling, sometimes making him feel lightheaded.

Khun instructed everyone to stay put and rest. It would be a hard adventure and he didn't want to risk anything. Both their minds and bodies should be ready to face what was to come.

The days slowly continued and the clock tiks felt unbearable. Sometimes they felt like eternity, but said eternity would quickly be forgotten with the motivation and support of the others. They weren't alone afterall. Bam...was not alone.

A week had passed since the days became nights, and the nights continued to appear one after another. Hwaryun, the scarlet-haired guide, was always near their group, but always far away in the distance at the same time. Yuri's existence wasn't something one could ignore either, with Evan sticking right next to her at all times, trying to calm her down from nagging her princess sister.

Bam felt nice watching them. He could genuinely smile, even when his heart still wouldn't stop being afraid... or maybe excited. He stared at the ceiling with a blank mind, sounds and voices unable to reach him. His golden eyes were alive, reflecting the dim light that was coming out of the blue crystals that lit up their rooms.

A red colour got inside his field of view, startling the Irregular, making him look at said coloured spot properly.

"M-Mr. Sachi?"

"There seems to be something bothering you. Would you perhaps like someone to listen to your worries?" the red-eyed man asked Bam, with not much of a worried hint in his voice, but a more understanding one.

"I was just... Thinking about the past...and now." was his only reply with a low voice. He didn't exactly feel ready to express more of his bothers and thoughts to him yet, even if he slowly became something like an older brother figure to him.

"I really appreciate your concern Mr. Sachi." he forced a smile to express his gratitude.

"Just make sure you talk to someone when you need it. Keeping it inside won't do you good."

"Alright..."

The D-rank regular petted his head and left the room. Khun, who was standing a little further away with his back on the wall, eyed them the whole time, wondering if it was something important and he should take some kind of action. He closed his eyes and lowered his head, crossing his arms.

"Hey, you two, it's night already, go get some sleep" the princess Yuri commanded Khun and Bam and got out of the room with Evan. The both of them shared a room, with Yuri replying that "he would never dare to lay a finger on me" when someone asked her why would she share a room with Evan, a man.

"It's night all day long anyway.." the icy-blue haired male sighed from the higher-up's command, but still went back to the room he shared with Bam to sleep.

"Are you coming?" Khun asked his roomate and he nodded, getting up to follow him.

"It's amazing that the hell train provides you goods such as clothes too, don't you think Khun?"

The other male got changed into navy blue pajamas and sat down on the couch he would use as a bed. The couches were facing eachother. "It sure is."

"I would have never imagined that clothes could be this soft and comfortable back when I was in the cave... But FUG provided me with plenty of clothing styles too, though Mr. Jinsung insisted that I wear the clothes he gave me himself, since they suited me more."
