Time breaks
Cascading over our heads
A rogue wave Powerful yet curious to explore the shores beyond it's inferior counterparts.
Flowing ever free, ignorant of the gravity and sound and light and wind hindered by the normal laws of our finite existence.
Time, however infinite it seems Is finite in it's own way to each of us.
Time itself may not wither but our Time will. Not now. Not tomorrow. But yesterday as it is chipped away by the memories and experiences our decisions make.
Time grows shorter for us as it stretches on through it's own eternity. An eternity not distinguished by the lives of others.
Time, like a ball of clay, can be warped, molded, and formed into anything.
Unrelenting it changes. One change, one decision, effecting the finite wave of our lives.
Cherish what you have and yearn for what you don't. In time, the seconds we live will pass on to another.
Again and again the sands drop until we are but dust in the ever flowing river.
