Dite, as she was named, didn't waste anytime in making herself at home and comfortable. She stole Carlisle's shirt the following day, wearing it over the underwear Alice bought her and said she needed to wear... which she didn't understand why, but complied with the vampire's wishes. The button down blue shirt fell to her thighs and swallowed her figure completely, it was really a dress on her.
As of last night, only one memory came to her brain. It was her in the ocean, completely nude with the water surrounding her every sense. It filtered through her lungs, allowing her to breathe rather than drown. And the strange thing was, was that she awoke with a longing feeling in her soul... a longing to return to the water and feel the familiar surroundings that she knew would soothe her.
She also wasn't shy, at all. After waking up, she made her way out of her room and down the stairs, only wearing Carlisle's shirt. She went into the kitchen, not really caring, nor seeing anything wrong, with her current state.
Emmett wolf-whistled at her when she came into the kitchen, which earned him a slap from Rosalie. "Good morning Rosalie, Emmett." She greeted before grabbing a glass from the cupboard and filling it with water, quickly drinking it and filling it again.
"Someone's thirsty, long night?" Emmett teased, Dite didn't catch onto his insinuation and simply smiled at him. "No, after we ate, Carlisle made me go to sleep. And I'm thirsty because, I'm not in the water, I assume that has something to do with what I am."
The vampire rose a brow at this, "so you and Carlisle didn't do it? I'm surprised." The girl cocked her head to the side, her eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "Do what?" Rosalie butted in now, "Emmett stop. Her and Carlisle's sex life is none of your business."
Aphrodite's confusion only furthered at this statement, was sex a vampire term she hadn't learned yet? What does it mean? "She doesn't know what sex is," a new vampire spoke as he walked in, laughing slightly. She smiled at the newcomer, "hello, I'm Dite."
"Edward," he nodded at her slightly. Emmett was laughing while Rosalie looked at the woman with a concerned look, "Dite, how old are you?" She asked. Aphrodite thought for a moment, and as if automatically, words fell from her lips. "500... and before you say it, I am matured now so, I'm allowed to leave my pod." Her eyes went slightly wide at her statement, and she was instantly reminded of her pod.
Rosalie and Edward shared a look of confusion, "matured? Pod? Care to explain?" Rosalie asked. The girl smiled and nodded, happy to finally know something, sitting down at the table. "Okay, I remember when I was young, I lived in this pods which was similar to your coven... the elder taught us... things, I can't quite remember. Once we turn 500, and are considered matured, we get to leave.... I suppose hat's how I ended up here, I must've felt a pull to this town, probably because of Carlisle."
