You wake up really early to get ready for school. Your mom works at BMW so she has to be at work early, then gets home in the middle of the day. You get up and don't immediately get dressed because school doesn't open until 7:45 so you take a shower and eat breakfast with your mom.
Y/n: hey Mom how come dad didn't tell me about his little work trip. My mom dropped her spoon dead in her cereal. Mom: why do you keep asking so many questions about your father just eat your breakfast hunny. Why is she doding all my questions you wonderd?
Mom: sweety I gotta go don't be late for school. Y/n: yea yea. It's not like you could if you wanted to you had a big project in your first period class. It was rather easy you just had to put on a couple finishing touches when you got to School. You start to go pick out your outfit for school. You found a yellow thrasher crop top with riped jeans that riped to your thigh and you did a slick up with two curly pices hanging down. 7:20am
It was around 7:20 so you start getting your keys to head out the door. You stop by chick fil a and get a 12 count with fries and you get Kim a chicken sandwich. Once you get to her house it's about 7:30 so you just eat there. Kim: did you do that project for first period Y/n: yes why Kim: can i- Y/n: no you can't copy Kim: why Y/n: we don't have the same family Kim: and they don't have to know that .
Once you eat at Kim's house you go to the car and head to school. It was a minute before 7:45 so you take that extra minute to put the finishing touches on your project for first period. All you needed was a pic of your dad and your mom. You find the pictures and head in the building.
Your school is not the most peaceful place. Your schools count of dark bloods were the highest in the state. It was easy to quote on quote turn. Hanging around the wrong crowd could literally cost you your whole future. That's why it's best to stay in your lane.
You were walking down to your first period to get ready for your big project presentation. You never volunteered to go first but you always go after about 6 or 7 people had gone. After your classmates jersey finished her project you volunteered to go next. As you were walking up to the board a couple school officers came in.
You started your presentation with your mom. Y/n: this is my mom her name is Kiara y/l/n and she works about BMW for a living. After you finished talking about your mom you moved into your dad. As you were talking about your dad one of the officers came up to and pointed his taser the whole class gasped. You dropped the remote with instant fear.
Officer: give me your arm Y/n: what no! The officer grabbed your arm and pricked it Y/n: ow! Pure white blood poured out. The officer lowerd his taser. Officer: come with me Y/n: after that big ass scene I'm not gonna anywhere with you Officer: if you insist your father was incarcerated for murder yesterday around 4:25. His blood is pure black. We had to prick you to make sure your blood wasn't red so we would know you had no part in it.
Officer: sorry for disrupting your presentation please carry on. You stand there stuned that, that just happened in front of the whole class. Y/n: if it's ok with you can I have another day to redo my project. You sit down in the back of the classroom with your head down the whole time. Once the bell rang you hurried out class when a arm was placed on your shoulder. Derek: um I just wanted to give you back your notes Y/n: um thanks Derek: and also my dad got locked up a couple months ago and I just wanted to tell you your not alone. He handed you a slip of paper with his number on it. Derek: if you ever want to talk about it give me a call.
He walks out the door and you just stand there for a bit. The whole rest of the day everybody knew about what happened. You couldn't wait to get home but when you did it wasn't gonna be pretty
