Today was an ordinary day... until we found the portal. Hold on! I'm getting ahead of myself. Hi, my name is Camille. I'm 12 years old. My birthdays on May 24. I have dusty ginger hair, freckles, light skin, and violet eyes. My favorite color is Coral pink. I go to GMMS (Guardian Mills Middle School) and in 7th grade. I have a little brother named Logan who is 6 years old, in 1st grade, has light skin, dusty blond hair, light blue eyes, and his birthdays on December 1st. Oh... and I an obsessed with this show called " Gravity Falls". Ya, I know. Gravity Falls. Don't judge. Anyways, here's my story. Today's the last day of summer. Boo! This summer I have had 23 Popsicles, 18 sleepovers with my BFF, Ronda, and attended 32 parties but it's still sad to go back to GMMS.
Logan: MOM!!! I want to go to the park NOW!!!!
Mom: Ok honey! Ask your sister to take you!
(P.S. Thanks Mom for dropping Logan on me like that!)
Logan: Ok! Camille come on! Let's go!
Me (Camille): Ok. Let's go!
We went to the par across the street. I took my phone and snacks because Logan is always hungry. I never look away from him for more than a few seconds, or minutes, or hours. I really didn't keep track. I was to busy texting Ronda.
I thought this was the worst way to end my summer vacation until Logan found the portal.
Logan: Camille! Come look! I found a magic portal that can take us anywhere!
Me (Camille): Cool.
Logan tugged my arm and nearly pulled it out of its socket.
Logan: Come on!!!!!
Me (Camille): Ok rug rat!
Logan: Don't call me that!
He took me like a mile away to a blanket covering... something. I pulled off the blanket, half expecting to see a pile of wood. But I really saw a portal like thing from a movie. There was tons of buttons, but there was three ones that stood out. They said Past, Future, and Create Your Own Destination. Ok, call me obsessed or whatever. I don't care. But in the "Create Your Own Destination" tab I typed "Gravity Falls, Oregon" and you won't believe what happened next........
