“Mom, Dad, we’re going!” I kissed Mom and Dad’s cheeks before following my brothers in the car.
Guess what, I woke up late so I had to prepare ten times faster. My hair is still wet and in a mess. I just stuffed my school bag with whatever so it’s very chaotic . Ugh, talk about being unfortunate.
“Careful,” Mom said when she saw me almost slip down our steps.
“I’m fine, Mom. Bye!”
“Enjoy your school, honey.”
They’re looking at their phones while playing some video games, I guess?
“Sean, you idiot! ‘Wag ka ‘jan!”
“Urgh! Kuya, I’ll get killed!”
I rolled my eyes as I fixed my ruffled uniform. “Let’s go na Manong, we’ll be late.”
I combed my hair on our way to school. Hindi na ako nakapag-blower kaya mamasa-masa pa siya.
I looked at my face on the mirror. My almond eyes is highlighted with long lashes and clean brows. I got my button nose from Mom and my thin lips from Dad. When I was a child, they say that I look exactly like Dad but as I grow, I resemble my mom more.
While my brothers look like a carbon copy of our Dad.
It’s 6:40 in the morning. My class starts at 7 while kuya Finn’s at 7:30.
Sean’s class starts at seven, too. ‘Di lang siya kabado dahil matagal naman daw pumasok ang teacher nila, ayon na rin sa kanya. I still don’t have my phone with me, of course it’s because the great Sergio Finnel still uses it.
I giggled inwardly. Malamang, maiinis si kuya when he hears his name. Sergio? ‘Yung fling ni Marimar?
“What are you laughing about, Eren?”
Kuya Finn stopped playing for a while then looked at me irritatingly.
“Wala.”
“We’ll pick you later, same time, okay?” Kuya Finn ruffled my already messed-up hair and waved goodbye.
“Chupi na nga,” sabi ko habang inaayos ang nagulong buhok.
Sean looked at me shortly then waved his hand a little before he continued playing the game.
Psh, game freaks.
Carrying my small-sized pink bag, I walked to the entrance of our school. I smiled at the guard shortly. “Good morning po.”
They gave me a smile and greeted, too.
“Hey!” I stopped walking when I heared someone call me.
I nodded and the smiled.
Ang aga-aga, ang saya-saya niya.
Sana all.
“Tingin mo ba may ipapagawa na agad sa atin ngayon?” She asked me.
