Chapter 19

Isabella's P.O.V

I was about to unlock a new achievement when I heard the doorbell. I looked at the clock and saw it was only 7:26. He was four minutes early.. So cute!! I squealed and paused the game. With every step closer, the bigger the knot in my stomach grew. I don't know why I was SO nervous but It was Liam.. Him!

"Hi Liam" I smiled while opening the door. 

"You-- You look beautiful" he said while looking up and down. I blushed SO hard!!! He smiled back  while handing me a bouquet of flowers. Roses. I smiled, and invited him in.

"Let me find a place for these." I said while searching the kitchen.

"Where are the other girls?" he questioned.

"Well.. Valerie's out with Louis. And Elaine.." I paused and thought. "She's been in the room.. all day. After we came back from the doctors.. she went up, and never came back down" 

"Must be sleeping" he said while shrugging his shoulders. I looked at them and wanted to melt. His shoulders.. My eyes eventually wandered down to his muscular arms.. Pull yourself together Isabella you're gonna drop the vase...

"Yeah.." I replied while putting the flowers in a fresh water filled vase. I turned around,and walked towards the front door.

Liam opened the passenger door, and I sat in. The moment he closed the door, I was surrounded in the nicest smelling cologne ever!! I took in a giant nose full as Liam sat in his seat. We chatted for a while until we arrived at the Observatory .

"Did you know that I love this place?" I asked.

"You've been here before?" he asked

"Multiple times! I love it" I answered as honestly as possible.

"Okay then. Lets go".

Valerie's P.O.V

The lump in my throat grew. I didn't know where on earth to look. I decided to stay quiet, and force a smile.

"Oh.. well she's pretty" one of the girls said.

"Thank you. If you don't mind.. we're going to continue our date" Louis smiled, and turned around. I watched the girls walk away. I could feel the heat rising in my cheeks. If it weren't that we were in public, I'd start screaming. 

After paying for our clubs and two golf balls, he walked me to the first course. I grabbed Louis by the back of his shirt, and pulled him towards me. He turned and grabbed his throat.

"What the HELL just happened?" I asked with my cheeks turning redder by the second. I was about to blow a fuse.

"Listen Valerie.. I understand that you don't know who we are but.."

"Oh I know who you guys are.. I just never liked you" I hissed.

"Well you see. Almost every girl.. fan out there believes your Niall's girlfriend. It was a rumor.. "

"But we're not dating.."

"Well that's how this business works... One of us gets seen in the same picture with another girl and instantly we're dating.." His voice was increasing with every word he spoke. I was so furious that I began to clench my fists.

"Thats why Niall asked you to sit away from him at dinner." he sighed while pushing his hair back with his hand.

"If anyone saw you with me today.. and continued to believe you're with Niall.. That could get both him and I in SERIOUS trouble.. It could end our career.."
