Damage but not broken

Chapter One

i wake up to a faint sound of what might be my alarm.I purposely ignore it because i'm quiet frankly in the middle of what might be the one and only dream i'll ever want to have.

i'm in my huge apartment with a endless supply of BarOne chocolates.And i can eat as many as i want without having to worry about the stomachache i'll be having next.I was in the middle of taking a huge bite of this little piece of heaven given to me by the Chocolate Gods , when i hear Overtime by Chris Brown blasting threw my phone speaker....

i reach to turn it off but fail horribly because next thing i know , i'm on the ground tangled in my covers.

"Kaymian get your butt out of that bed and turn off your alarm right now!"my dad(Adam) yells from his room.

"Yeah,some of us needs our beauty rest"my little brother(Seth) yells.

And that right there people is my family.I turn off my alarm and make my way to the bathroom.Nothing wakes you up like a hot shower, am i right?

okay let me introduce myself.

My name is Kaymian Bryce Walker, i'm 17 years old,i'm probally 5'3,i have jet black hair,Hazelnut with a mixture of deep blue and dark green eyes which i got from my biological father, i have an olive skin complexion but is currently tanned,as for my body i workout on a regular basis so nothing to complain about.

i live in California.I've lived here for as long as i can remember.I currently live with my amazing stepdad, but i accept him as my biological father because he practically raised me.And with my little brother who is now 14 years old.And if you're wondering,yes i am the only girl in the house.

Yay fun,note the sarcasm.

They look very similar with there dark brown hair and bright blue eyes that stands out against there tanned skin.

I have only five friends that i would blindly trust with my life.

There is Madison Watkins aka Maddie,she is gorgeous if i say so myself,dirty blond hair that falls to her 5'7 figure perfectly,with bright green eyes,body of a Victoria's Secert model and a perfectly tanned skin,She was the more vibrant one,she is wild and funny but at times it gets to much you know,but we can handle her.People may make her out as a horrible person but she is just brutally honest,she'll give it to you as it is, no beating around the bush but has a really kind heart if you get to know her.

Then there's Laura Raye,just as gorgeous as Maddie with Dark brown almost black hair,dark skin and Hazelnut eyes and stands 5'7 if not 5'8.She is the balance between us girls,she believes in fairytales and happy endings and all that crap.She drowns her self in crappy romance novels.She too has the kindest heart and can be quite wise.

Jake Henson he is your typical boy next door.His 6'2,dirty blonde hair, bright blue eyes,American football player also known as your golden boy.He can be quite sweet when he wants to be and has the biggest heart but can be heavily annoying at times.As legend has it,he has girls falling at his feet for his attention,he uses his charm to only make out but never takes it that far.

Now, Alexander Lucas Eastwood he is about 6'1,jet black hair,sea green eyes,with a pale skin.He is the calm one,like Jake he too have the ability to charm a girls pants of but Alex never passes up the opportunity to get laid.He is actaully very sweet and a big shoftie but if you dont know him you'll think of him as a complete ass.

I always save the best for last,Brody Liam Walters,he is 6'2,perfectly tonned body, olive skin,brightest green eyes,dark brown hair and most importantly my best friend,we've been friends since kindergarden.He is like Maddie vibrant and the comedian among us.He has his moments but like both other boys he is a complete player.

I can still remember the day we met back in pre-school.He had on blue shorts and a grey t-shirt and i had on my purple dress,i was sitting in the corner cause back then i was rather the shy type, and thats why i hid in the corner when everyone was making friends, until this boy came up to me and demanded that i come play with him because according to him,everybody needed a friend, and he was right i did.That day he became my bestfriend and no ,i DO NOT have a crush on Brody that would be gross,i love him but nothing more as a friend.We stuck together like glue ever since, in 5th grade we met Laura and Madison we had alot in common and we bonded over the Twilight Movie and how Bella should've picked Jacob because lets face it, he was super cute and sexy,he had it all.Half year threw 6th grade we met Jake,me and him actaully got into a fight,which i won obviously,i don't know how but we just stuck together afterwards,i know weird right, but thats just how it happen, And 7th grade Alex moved here from New York ,Maddie and Jake ask him to join us for lunch and that how it all began.

It is currently our summer break and i had to wake up at 6:30 am.Some maybe wondering ,what the hell is wrong with you?right?but first i'll give you a short background on myself.I am farelly quiet but have a short temper,if i get into verbal agruments i tend to respond with physical violence.I wasnt always like that but for me everything change when my mother past away,we didn't see her suffer because she died of a brain anuresism.So she partically past away in her sleep.She didnt tell me or my brother about the tumor,so imagine my suprise when i woke up one morning and find out she is dead when the night before we had a fight.With my moms funeral i didnt show much emotion,didnt cry,nothing.

And no i'm not cold hearted,i just tend to keep to myself.

But yeah,because of my short temper i always get into fights.So my father decided i should go to this summer camp his boss told him about,I found out about a week before i had to go.Dad says it will help me open up more and expand my friendship circle,and i actaully wanted to go.I don't want to be this close off person that's angry all the time , i want to better myself as for the friends part, i'm good and happy with what i got.

And lets get one thing straight,i may get in to trouble alot, but i'm still an straight A student.

So i did not go to better my grades.But next fall i'm going to be a senior,and i want to be a new me and end it with a bang ,you know?

"Kaymian were going to be late if you don't come down these stairs right this second!"dad yelled from the bottom of the stairs.

And like that i was on my way to camp.
