Josh’s Point Of View
It was the last play of the game and the score was tied.
Both teams were in a huddle trying to figure out how to untie the game and win.
I kept on looking up at Violet, who was looking at me. She smiled and mouthed good luck. I smiled back at her.
I wanted to win this game for her.
I looked at my team. They looked back at me with anticipation.
“Okay boys, let’s do the Little Titans,” I said.
The Little Titans is the name of the new game play we have been working on.
“Are you sure? We haven’t practiced it” Mike asked.
“Yeah, I’m sure”
“Alright, hands in the middle” Matt said. We all put are hands in the middle and shouted, “Ravens”.
We jogged out into the field and got into our places.
“23, 45, 26 hike,” Matt yelled and passed the ball to Mike.
I ran out into the open space so he could throw the ball to me.
He threw it to me and I caught it and secretly passed it to Jerry. We took off running down the field.
The other team ran after me thinking I still had the ball.
I was tackled by one of the other teams’ players.
“Wait,” he yelled. “He doesn’t have the ball,” they got off of me and raced toward Jerry.
I sprinted over to him and he threw me the ball.
Matt ran in front of me and blocked the other team for tackling me.
Matt and I crossed the end zone, scoring the winning touchdown.
The crowd cheered wildly and stared to run down to the field.
There was a hug circle around Matt and me.
We took off our helmets and man hugged each other.
I tried to make my way through the crowd. Once I was out of the crowd I looked for Violet.
I spotted her standing near by and called to her.
She saw me and jogging over to her and she jogged over too.
Our lips meet and I lifted her up and spun her around/
She pulled away laughing. “Great game”
“It’s because your there”
She smiled at me and kissed me again.

I walked out of the locker room with Matt and Mike.
They were planning on going to this awesome after party.
I spotted Violet talking to the girls.
“Hey ladies” Mike said wrapping his arm around Cloey. I did the same to Violet and Matt did the same to Maya.
“You girls ready for the party?” Mike asked.
“Yeah” the girls said excitedly except Violet.
“Josh tell Violet to come,” Demi said
“Come on, we won. Come party”
“No thank you” she said
We all tried to convince her to come.
She rolled her eyes. “Okay, Okay, I’ll go”
The girls jumped up and down excitedly. “I have the perfect outfit for you to wear” Maya said grabbing her hand and pulling her away. Violet looked over her shoulder and waved bye to me.
I waved back.
Violet’s Point Of View
Maya, Demi, Susan, and Cloey were altogether in Maya’s room.
I wasn’t happy that I was going, but Josh wants me to go.
Maya pulled out a dark purple short dress from her closet.
She handed it to me and shooed me into the bathroom.
I put the dress on and looked into the mirror.
The dress reached my mid thigh and hugged my body. The dress was sleeveless, so I used my hair to cover my shoulders.
The girls were already dressed, when I walked back in Maya’s room. They were doing each others hair and make up.
Susan did my hair as Demi and Maya did my make up.
After about an hour we were ready to go.
Josh’s Point Of View
They guys and I arrived before the girls did.
We were talking with a bunch of guys form the football team.
Just then I saw the girls walk in and my eyes instantly landed on Violet.
She looked amazing.
I smiled at her and walked over to her.
“Hey,”
“Hey,” she said.
“You look great”
“Thanks”
“Wanna dance?”
“Yeah, lets go” I took her hand and led her to the dance floor.
I held Violet close to me as we danced.
Her arms were around my neck and one of my hands were on her hip and the other was trailing down her leg
“Are you glad you came?”
“Yeah,” she smiled at me.
