Playing the Waiting Game

Hands interlocked and standing close together, Jotaro and Kakyoin were waiting. Jotaro held a document in his free hand, and it read the name Josuke Higashikata. They were looking for him, as he has relations with the Joestar family and is a presumed stand user.
They were resting near a fountain when they noticed another person with them. He was on the opposite side of the fountain and was looking at a turtle. Kakyoin couldn't help but stare at the boy with the pompadour, as he looked familiar. Then, it hit Kakyoin. That's Josuke!
"Jotaro," Kakyoin whispered, pointing at the boy. "That's him! It's Josuke!" Jotaro looked where Kakyoin was pointing and nodded.
"Stay here, I'm going to talk to him." Jotaro stood and walked over to Josuke. Kakyoin watched his husband's huge figure as he moved with confidence. He couldn't help but smile.
A few minutes passed by before Jotaro returned with none other than Josuke himself.
"So, this thing that I have is called a stand?" Josuke asked.
"Yeah, me and my significant other have one." Jotaro summoned his stand, Star Platinum.
"Oh, a significant other?" Josuke asked, not concerned about the menacing stand behind Jotaro. "Who's the lucky lady? Can I meet her?"
"Not a lady," Jotaro then pointed to Kakyoin, who was sketching quietly in his notebook. "A man." Kakyoin looked up at the pair and smiled, and Jotaro smirked back.
"Ah," Josuke looked back at Jotaro. "You seem happy together, so I guess that's all that matters, right?" Jotaro hummed in response and nodded. Kakyoin closed his sketchbook and put it away, then got up and limped towards the two.
"This is Josuke?" Kakyoin asked. Jotaro nodded, then reached for his husband's pale hand, which Kakyoin tightly squeezed.

Time Skip
*this is after the Hot Chili Pepper arc

Jotaro fluttered his turquoise eyes open and stretched. He felt something warm on his chest, then looked down to see Kakyoin's small body curled up in the blankets. Jotaro hummed in satisfaction, then kissed Kakyoin's forehead gently.
"Mmm, Jotaro," Kakyoin's voice was quiet. "Lemme sleep more."
"Alright, I'm going to wash up." Jotaro let go of his lover and sat up. He rubbed his eyes and stretched some more, then went to the shower to prepare for the day to come.

Kakyoin sighed. His legs hurt like hell, as well as his hips. Jotaro was still in the shower, so Kakyoin had to patiently wait for his lover to return.
After what felt like an eternity, Jotaro finally exited the shower.
"Jotaro," Kakyoin watched as Jotaro started putting on his clothes. "After you get changed, can you get my wheelchair?"
"Do your legs hurt that bad?" Jotaro asked, already making his way to the closet to find the cherry-patterned wheelchair. Kakyoin nodded in response. After a few minutes, Jotaro returned fully clothed and with Kakyoin's clothes and wheelchair. Jotaro dressed Kakyoin and lifted him, then plopped him in his wheelchair. Then, they headed outside.

It was a beautiful day out in Morioh. It was warm and peaceful. Jotaro took in the breathtaking scenery as he pushed Kakyoin in his wheelchair. Nothing could go wrong, until...
"Jotaro-san!" Josuke's voice was behind him. He turned to see Josuke and his two friends, Okuyasu and Koichi, following him.
"What?" Jotaro grumbled, not in the mood.
"We saw you, so we just wanted so say hi!" Okuyasu said, a goofy grin on his face. Jotaro sighed, then felt the wheelchair's fabric shift as Kakyoin turned his body to see who was here.
"Ah, you have Kakyoin-San here too?" Josuke asked. Jotaro nodded. Though, Kakyoin was being a bit more quiet than usual. He was probably sleepy, as Jotaro woke up in the middle of the night to Kakyoin playing F-Mega.
"Oh, by the way," Jotaro said. "Do you know any good spots to eat?"
"There's a small café near by." Koichi piped up, then pointed in the directions the place.
"Thanks, you guys can tag along if you'd like. I'd like to get to know you and your stands better." Jotaro then started walking to the café, pushing Kakyoin as well. The three boys decided to come along as well.
