01. AUTHOR'S NAME. Username, nickname, whatever you like to mark your works under!
02. TITLE OF BOOK.
03. QUOTE. If you have a specific quote or catchphrase you'd like to add onto the cover, add it here!
04. SMALL SUMMARY. This way, we can get a general idea of what the book is about.
05. THEME/GENRE. What's the theme of your book? Romance, Mystery, Death, Horror, or anything else?
06. WHAT TYPE OF BOOK IS THIS? Is it an original? Fanfiction? If it's a fanfiction, please tell us from what show/anime/game, etc. it's based around so we have a little more info!
07. TONE. What specific tone are you looking for? Cold, warm, neutral? Or do you have a specific color scheme?
08. MOOD. What mood do you want your cover to convey? Is it supposed to be gloomy, cheerful, romantic?
09. FACE CLAIM. Do you have a certain character you'd like on your cover?
10. SPECIFICS. If there are any specific details you'd like added to your cover or if you have a general idea of what you'd like the cover to look like, please let us know here.
