This story began with friendship. A friendship one would say that would last forever. But in this story, that's not exactly what happened.
Duma was friends with Meeko, a Grey and white cat that visited every day or so. They would have fun chasing flying leaves in the fall, play in the tail-deep snow, and in summer the would dream about the future.
These were only memories now to Duma and Meeko.
But before everything happened, on a lovely evening during summer, Meeko planned a night together on top of a hill looking at the sunset. When Duma came, she was breath-taken.
"I can't believe you did this for me, Meeko! Oh, how beautiful it is." Said Duma calmly "I just want today to be everyday."
Meeko then noticed something, he thought, "Am I ready to have a family? Will I be a good father? Were IS this going?"
But Meeko knew this was true love. He trusted Duma as much as anycat could. He was ready for a long lasting devotion to Duma, the only cat he would ever love.
Along with, Duma felt just the same to Meeko. She was ready and excited for a family.
