Oh sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. Well I'm Destiny and I'm 14 years old. My most biggest secret is that I love a boy, he's in my form. His names Justin and he's so cute. In my dreams I can see us getting married and going on millions of dates that we will remember forever. But I know that's not going to happen, I mean who would want to go out with a girl like me.
I'm ugly and fat and I mean nobody would go for that type, especially Justin.
The only bad thing about Justin is that he's already taken, by a girl called Selena. Selena used to be my best friend but since she got with Justin she doesn't want to know me. I find it really depressing sometimes to see MY best friend with MY crush, it's just horrible.
Today I went to Starbucks with my other best friend Demi. I can trust Demi, I'm most certain of that. I've knew her for 8 years almost now and she's such a good friend. As I walked into Starbucks, I saw Selena. Inside of me just fell apart. I just couldn't stand seeing Selena outside of school with Justin.
" 2 caramel creams please," asked Selena as she got served. "Hey Destiny!" "Hey Demi!" Shouted Selena. At the same time we both said "Hi," in our most grumpiest voices. Demi knew the whole crushing and going out thingy so she was kind of angry and upset too.
Me and Demi sat down at a table. I whispered to her "Do you really think he likes going out with Selena?" "He doesn't like her, he told me in English on Wednesday,".
"Then why the hell is he going out with her?"
"He told me he's going to break up with her when he goes to Starbucks on Saturday!"
" Well today is Saturday!"
When we found out he was breaking up with her today our faces were full with excitement! When I looked over at Justin's table, Selena wasn't there.
"Just popping to the loo," I told Demi
I opened the door of the female toilets and I saw Selena, I knew it was her because of her long black curls. She was crying her eyes out, I kind of knew why.
"What's up?" I asked Selena, just to be nosey.
"All I'm going to say is that I'm single!" She shouted. I could hardly understand what she was saying because of her tears, but I heard her. She went into a cubicle. I could still hear her crying though. I didn't even need the toilet, I just went in there cos I just thought Selena was in there.
I walked back to the table, back to tell Demi the news. I told her. She was surprised at it, I was as well. I'd only saw her cry when it was her Great Nans funeral, well I suppose that was upsetting.
On Monday I went to maths class where Justin was. On Sunday night I had made a plan to ask him out! I was so excited, as this had been my dream for months. I walked into maths class and sat down right next to Justin.
"Hi Destiny," Said Justin
"Hey!" I replied, trying to flirt.
We were given our work. I pretended to be stuck, just so Justin would help me. It was the time. I was going to ask him!
"Justin?" I asked
" Yes Dest, you stuck?" He replied.
"No I just want to ask you something, will you go out with me?"
I had said it! Now I was just waiting for a reply.
" Yes," He said
A mini party went round in my mind! I was so happy! I WAS GOING OUT WITH MY CRUSH!!!! I literally couldn't believe it.
As soon as I got home, I called up Demi. I told her the news. She didn't really say anything, well I hope she wasn't jealous of me or anything! When I got into bed on the night, I thought to myself why she didn't say anything. I was worried. What if she had liked him as well...
A friend of mine named Chloe had called me up last night, as she said that all the news was over facebook. I told her my situation, about that Demi might have liked Justin. We made a plan. The plan was that Chloe was going to go into Science first (that's where Demi was) and ask her who she liked then Chloe would tell the news back to me and that's how we would find out.
The next day, the plan was set and Chloe was ready to go! She went into Science class and sat next to Chloe. After a few minutes of talking to her, Chloe said "So, is there anybody you like?"
"Well I do like Justin, but unfortunately he's already taken," replied Demi
At lunch me and Chloe sat together. Chloe told me the news, I was absolutely furious. I was going to literally kill her...
