I stepped out on our porch, still hearing the very loud and perverted laughter from my dad and uncles bullshitting with each other, then asking how he managed to get me out of the divorce from my bitchy ass mom. My dad didn't really have an answer to their question, so all he said was he just got lucky. I gave a sigh as I headed for our mailbox to check it when I heard some really awesome music coming from next door. I ignored the mailbox, and slowly walked down the sidewalk toward our neighbor's house the music was drawing me in as it put me in a trance.

I didn't snap out of the trance I was in until he stopped playing, and I heard him say hi to me. I looked around and realized that I was standing on his porch looking right at him sitting on his porch swing shirtless with his guitar strapped to his shoulder. He was so sexy, his body was perfect, he was just a lil bit taller than I was, his eyes were so beautiful not only in color but also the shape of his eyes. His voice was deep, rugged, and angelic all at the same time. It wasn't until he chuckled lightly and said hi to me for the third or fourth time that I snapped out my daydream about him. I blushed wildly as I apologized, but his music and amazing voice brought me here.

He slowly stood up as he removed his guitar and told me it was all cool, that he quite enjoyed luring beautiful girls to his home with his music. I gave him a slightly flirty smile as I told him I didn't mean to bother him, and that I would leave him to his music-making. He jumped up rather quickly and told me I wasn't bothering him at all, and I was actually welcome to stick around if I would like to hear him play. Before I could answer him he pulled one of his deck chairs around and jokingly sat me in it, and sat down beside me, and started playing again, while asking me what my name was.

I slapped my head while I was laughing and told him I was sorry that my manners were just ass-backward today, I nervously held out my hand to him as I told him my name was Kacie. He stopped playing again and gently put his hand around mine and said it was nice meeting me, n that his name was Salvatore, then added rather goofily that I could just call him Sully though. I snickered with him as I told him it was very awesome meeting him. After we introduced ourselves we got heavy into getting to know each other type questions, and that me and my dad just moved in next door a couple of days ago. I was shocked when he told me he knew my dad's family very well, then added that two of them were ok, and the other two were on his shit list. I didn't bother in asking which ones were which.

I really got excited when he told me he was a professional singer and was the leader of his band. I scooted my chair closer to him as I asked him to tell me all about his band. I sat there intently listening to him talk away about his band and their success when my father was hollering for me, but I ignored him completely I was so drawn to Sully's conversation. Sully stopped talking and asked me if that was my father calling me, I mindlessly said uh-huh but I was conversing with him and not really wanting to answer him just yet. Sully chuckled as he stood up and called my dad over saying I was over here talking music with him.

Tommy and Mark followed Mickey out of the house now interested in where my dad was going, but as soon as Mark and Tommy saw me talking with Sully, they both told me I needed to pick better guys to chat with because he was a no-account thieving lil fucker. Sully put his middle finger up to his lips and kissed it then showed it to them both and offered to kick their lying asses anytime they wanted another lesson. Mickey quickly told them both to shut it, as he shook Sully's hand and told him to ignore his dumbass lil brothers. My dad kept looking at Sully for a while as if trying to remember him, but nothing was coming to him. Sully shook his hand and told him that they went to high school together, but back then everyone called him Big Dog.

My father's memory came back like a lightning bolt to the head as he shook his hand, telling him he definitely remembered his short, wild, and crazy ass. Even though Sully was only a freshman when my dad was a graduating senior, he remembered him very well for his two youngest brothers used to rival against him all the time. But by the looks of things, none of that changed after they supposedly grew up. I got into a slight huff for my family coming over and ruining my personal time with our neighbor that I was completely addicted to already and whispered to my dad if he would please take his brothers and go away.

Sully stopped talking with them and mindlessly began to strum on his guitar some more when my dad gave me that silly smile of his and told my uncles that they needed to leave and let me get back to fraternizing with their neighbor because they all rudely interrupted my time with him. Mark and Tommy rolled their eyes and said they didn't interrupt much, then headed back to the house. My dad shook his head as he chuckled all the way back home. Mickey stayed behind a few more minutes and growled in my ear jokingly as he told me not to do anything he wouldn't do. That turned me 50 shades of red all at once because Mickey said it loud enough for Sully to hear, and told him that he could leave anytime now, as I sarcastically thanked him for his advice.
