A dark past...

At Iskall's a memory was just hitting Iskall like a freight train or the hermitcraft equivalent.

"Guys I think I have something to explain to you"
"Ja, Sie erklären das bitte Iskall und danke, dass Sie uns hören lassen, was Sie zu sagen haben" sarcastically said clinker
"Na fick dich zu" said Iskall
"plus populo potest, cui placet, dico quod non intelligo me intelligere Latine" said a more annoyed clinker
"Sorry mate but that one is just gibberish" replied a confused Mumbo
"Well before I came to hermitcraft I was a hit man with my husband and we server hopped like we were used to being chased form one server to another, which is what happened."

"So you were just living your lifestyle and then what happened?Did your husba-

"The very last hit was a total failure and I told Jake to go but he just sacrificed his own life for mine and I don't know what happened to him to this very day. But I think he was crushed by the laboratory roof, no I know that he was crushed." Said a almost tearing Iskall

"What did he look like?"
"Why does it matter to you? You don't care for anyone anyway."

Completely blocking the last sentence. "Because I think I could have seen him."

"One silver eye and a red one. He had mutton chops and a hair cut that was cut that could make one man stop dead in his tracks and kill him self esteem and a sudden suicide in about in a 1 tick set repeater. But he had one thing that you could make sure was him was his red cyborg eye."

"Did he have had a mustache that was half facial hair and half metal. Because I saw him go through the same portal that I did to get out of there."

"You mean that he could be alive after all. But how would he get to this server without him being killed by the server resets."

"He would get to the portal and go through it to reset the previous one. But I don't know how he knew about the server resetting. And I also think I may have seen him at the shopping district when I was burnt by Mumbo's buttons. But just out of the corner of my eye."

"By the way what was the lab when you and your husband were doing your last hitman job was at."
"It was bla-
"It was Black Mesa Laboratories and research and development." Said a unfamiliar voice.

Iskall turned around and saw a very gray but familiar face, but it couldn't be he died.
"Missed me"
"Like you don't know"
Then for the first time in over 3 years he kiss the man who was missing in his life with the force that could knock over clinker.
"Now what were you talking about."
"Our last hitman job."
"You mean you don't do those jobs anymore?"
"Do you?"
"No not at all without you its like your missing your magazine for your submachine gun."
"Same."
"By the way could you introduce me to your friends here."
"Well this is Grian, mumbo, and the newest hermit on the server clinker."
"I remember seeing you at the lab did you work there?"
"Me, hell no I wouldn't think about working in that war zone! It made me what I'm today."
"And what are you?"
"Combination of both cyborg and and werewolf."

"How-

"Its too long a story to tell so ask me another time."

"Ok, I will."

"Ok what's going on here with you 4?"

"Make that 5 people."

"5 but there are you fou-

"How did you get on the server?"

"I've been on this server for about 3 years now."

"Are you with clinker?"

"What no I been here longer than that Idiot ha-

But the words were cut off by chocking sounds coming form Jake. And too make It worse he started to float to the top of the tree and so was clinker.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME, I'M SMARTER THAN YOU WILL EVER BE" he shouted with the usual thousand voices when he is angry.

"YOU GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW AND WITH HIM TOO!" Shouted Iskall

But then someone or something happened and they were both falling but clinker was falling faster. (I get to that in an upcoming chapter so you won't have to wait long)

" Catch him now."

"Are you insane he'll squish us all if we help-
"Mate Jake"
"Oh"

A few seconds later they caught Jake and got TFC to help clinker up.

"Ok why couldn't you guys lift up him?"
"Because my skeleton has Adamantium fused to it."
"How the hell did you survive that?!"
"Long story short I woke up with my body feeling heavier than I was used to. It also took me an hour to get out of bed after that I sleep with a strap to a wall and try not to squish James."

"Ok I'll talk to you later."

When The three architects left Iskall and Jake alone clinker just started laughing like he was on fire.

"What's your problem clinker?"
"He actually bought that! I'm surprised that Iskall didn't start laughing like I was."
"He bought what you weren't selling anything."
"I think it means he actually thought clinker here wasn't telling the truth, right clinker?"
"Well It does take me a couple of minutes to get out of bed and it used to take longer."
"But squishing James does not happen does it?"
"Hell no that is not possible James is stronger than me, which is saying a lot."

Meanwhile...

"I'm coming for you lord clinker so just get comfortable and stay calm."
