Rainbow Dash's POV

Well I guess it could've been worse, I mean the guy is a dick and against out marriage. " so I think it would be a good idea if you like kept your distance from the target. he might be a heavy hitter."

"i already looked at the report they gave you... is it really my stepfather?" wow she actually seems calmer than i thought she would be,

"yeah it is. i guess you have something to say about it then?" please let her say something that won't get me in trouble. as we walked to the car she finally said something,

" i...i think it might be best if i help with...him."

"wait, what?"

"it'll give me the closure i need."

"what do you mean by closure?"

"remember how my father, timid hoof, was a private eye?"

"yeah and he worked with three other people, an ex-con, wrist cuffs, a ex-solider, never could remember his name and dungeon honor that 21 year old kid. oh and our English teacher miss cheerilee, wasn't she his secretary?"

"yes, but his co worker sarge.."

"that was his name... how did i forget tha...sorry continue."

"sarge was the one who was with dad on his last case and... i need him to tell me what happened." with that fluttershy started to tear up, "i need to know what happened Dashie, what if sarge was the one that killed him. what if this was all a ploy to get my mom?"

"flutters, sarge would never have killed him, hell he was the best man at their wedding. the best man and groomsmen are the grooms best friend who protect the groom if he's not man enough to follow through and the brides family get mad and go to hurt him." flutter shy gave me a blank expression and asked how i knew that, "i took classes with a friend a long time ago so i can officiate any union, speaking of which where did we agree to hold the wedding?" fluttershy than looked me in the eyes,

" we need to focus remember?"

"yeah come on lets go in." we then walked up the stairs of Fluttershy's moms house, stopping at the door, "ready?"

"no, lets do it." shy responded in a shy yet confident voice. as we opened the door and walked in sarge immediately saw us and let out a sigh,

"OK let take this outside." once outside we saw the sun setting, " so who did they send now and this time i would like to keep the house clean mostly I'll just say i had friends over today when faint comes home."

Fluttershy's POV

we looked at each other and i took off my helmet and looked sarge in the eyes," i want to know what happened to dad first." sarge looked at me and told me and Dashie to sit down,

"it all started when we got a new case file in the mail we knew nothing about who sent it but who ever put it their was setting us up it went down like this...
