Peter was in the middle of fighting Doc Oc, he had been fighting him for an hour as he grew tired. His back up was still on it's way as they thought Peter could handle it.

Peter felt a large, throbbing pain in his head as the Doc got a good hit in, temporarily demobilizing him. Doc took that time to get away, Peter took a moment before following him to a bridge.

Doc Oc had picked up a school bus of kids and Peter froze, "Doc, you don't have to do this. These kids did nothing to you." Peter put his hands up, his elbows bent slightly as he watched the Doc. He laughed, "You never learn Spidey, I don't do things to get revenge, merely amusement." He smiled wickedly as his body shook, his greasy and thin black hair swaying opposite him.

Peter took a breathe, "They are just children, Doctor." Peter pleaded, the Doc did nothing but smile, "Reveal your identity Spider-Man, and I will consider it."

Peter clenched and unclenched his fists, a habit he picked up from May. "ETA?" he whispered, "we are still 11 minutes out Peter, hang in there." Peter let out a sigh, looking up at the Doctor. My identity or these 30 or so kids lives. The decision was simple, "Alright Doctor," he spoke making direct eye contact.

His hand made its way to his mask, Everyone will know soon, he knew they're were news chopped just waiting to zoom in. He swallowed thickly, "I haven't got all day Spidey, and neither do these kid's" Doc spoke harshly.

Peter nodded and with a swift movement, pulled off his mask. He heard severally people gasp as his brown curls fell over his face.

"He's only a kid?'

"He's so young!"

"Poor thing, so brave"

He heard the whispers as he looked at Doc, "C'mon then, your end of the bargain?" He spoke briskly, watching the Doctors tentacle.

"Hmmm, no." Peter watched as Doc let go of the bus. "No!" he screamed, launching after the bus, webbing the bottom of it as well as the top of the bridge. He cursed softly as the bus bounced and popped his shoulder blade, his wounds from the first fight hadn't fully healed.

He grunted as he held the bus, watching as the Doctor ran away. He looked at the bus, seeing the back door open, "Spider-man! Hang in there! You're doing great!" The bus driver? called to him. Peter just whimpered in response.

"Where are you guys?" He hissed, "relax kid, you don't need us that ba-" he was cut off by a strangled scream from Peter. The bus had bounced again, "I feel like I'm getting ripped apart right now guys." He hissed again.

"What's going on son?" Cap asked, "well Doc Oc was threatening childrens lives ove- " he grunted loudly "-over my identity, so now the world-AGH!-knows who i am, but he decided to-" he screamed as his shoulder popped again a white pain searing through his body. "He decided to drop them anyways, so now im hanging here, the bus pulling me down but don't worry im also attached to the top-"

The com cut out, "-but, im being pulled apart slowly. My other injuries didn't heal properly yet so I'm kinda stuck." He grunted looking down he noticed blood seeping through his suit; there was so much. His eyes bulged but he bit back the need to tell the team.

"Shit- kid, we are 20 seconds out. Hand in there."

Peter let out a half grunt half chuckle, "thanks Mr. Stark."

Peter looked up as a swooshing was heard, thank god, he was beginning to feel light headed: exhaustion and blood loss. He noticed Clint just barely in the corner of his eye, he had attached a grappling hook to the bus, yes get the kid's to safety please, he pleaded.

Tony was trying and failing to release the stress from holding the bus, so he instead opted for helping children.

Peter stopped paying attention, putting everything he had into holding it together. He felt the bus getting lighter, he let out a soft sigh. "We got everyone! Drop it!" He heard Cap call, it felt so far away. He dropped the bus, relief washing through his body.

He stayed there his body hanging by one arm, breathing heavily trying to keep his eyes open. He heard applause and clapping, but it all began to fade black spots enveloping his vision. He could hear Tony scream something though it felt like a soft whisper, wait? How did Tony get in my head?

Peter felt himself slip into darkness, letting go of the web he began falling towards the cold abyss below him. He was falling fast, a loud splash being heard as the clapping stopped.

Tony screeched and began a dive into the water, everyone worrying about the young boy. Peter was slowly sinking further to the bottom, Tony barely noticing the red and blue blob. He grabbed Peter and took off from the water, he landed on the bridge as everyone came over.

Tony was in hysterics, his mask sliding up as he stared at Peter, his 15 year old not-son. "Peter, c'mon Pete, get up." He mumbled trying to wake him up, he felt for a pulse but there wasn't one. "KID C'MON THIS ISN'T FUNNY, PLEASE-" he sobbed as he leaned down and began CPR.

People all around them were saddened, they watched as the friendly neighbor hood spiderman, as this kid, slowly died. Peter was trying so hard to get up, If you die.. walk it off, as captain america said it.

His heart began beating again, slowly his cuts on his forehead began healing. As his eyes snapped opened he threw himself onto his side, coughing and spluttering. Water flowing at a steady pace from his mouth and nose, tears rushing to his eyes.

"Oh my goodness, Peter!" The team exclaimed, jumping to hug him as soon as he stopped coughing up his guts. Peter whimpered out a soft, "hey guys, did we get them all?" his eyes drooping slightly.

Tony nodded, "Yes, yes we did." Peter smiled lazily, "okay dad." He was to tired to know what he said, letting himself fall asleep. "No problem, Son." Tony whispered.

Cheers erupted from everyone, it was all over the news.
